Edna Parrott
Edna Parrott of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Earlie Blakeman Sr. and Alma Coffey Blakeman, was born March 3, 1919 in Green County, Kentucky. She died at 9:25 P.M., Saturday, January 31, 2009 in LaGrange, Kentucky. Age: 89 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Campbellsville Baptist Church. She was a former sales lady and employee of Fruit of the Loom. She united in marriage to Lloyd C. Parrott October 7, 1935. He preceded her in death July 1, 1997. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Lanny and Sue Parrott of Campbellsville; one daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Sam Finley of LaGrange; eight grandchildren: Jeff Parrott, Logan Parrott and Leslie Gaines of Campbellsville, Cindy Speth of Columbus, Ohio, Tonya Barlow of Louisville, Bambi Wright and Melody Finley of LaGrange and Reggie Finley of Indianapolis; thirteen great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; three sisters and three brothers: Cleo Underwood and William Olin Blakeman of Campbellsville, Bobby Blakeman of Greensburg, Barbara Loyall of Nashville, Tennessee, George Blakeman of Ft. Worth, Texas and Nora Graybeal of Paducah. She was also preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters: Craddock Blakeman, Melvin Blakeman, Leo Blakeman, Earlie Blakeman Jr., Temple Kirtley and Lula Havens.
