Anita Ruth Carlquist
Anita Ruth Carlquist of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin Collins and Julia Kewder Collins, was born December 18, 1931, in Chicago, Illinois. She died at 7:22 P.M., Sunday, February 22, 2009, in Campbellsville. Age: 77 She united in marriage to Roger Carl Larry Carlquist. He preceded her in death June 21, 2007. She is survived by two daughters and two sons: Kathleen Smith of Campbellsville, Wendy Albright of Machesney Park, Illinois, Lee Carlquist of St. Charles, Illinois and Bill Carlquist of Sugar Grove, Illinois; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one brother and one sister: Donald Collins of San Jose, California and Norma Jean Collins Orlando of Campbellsville; several other relatives and many friends.
