Location: Paved back parking lot at the Fruit of the Loom Building entrance / exit off West Main Street Only. Watch for sign, etc.
There may be a long line so please be patient and watch for the traffic workers. You have to be in line before 4:00 pm on Friday or Saturday.
This service is FREE of charge to the public (Taylor County citizens) and is sponsored by the Taylor County Fiscal Court and City of Campbellsville who will also send vacuum excavation teams. Citizens need to be prepared to present a valid driver’s license to be allowed to dispose of their items. Any questions, call 465-7721
ACCEPTABLE ITEMS: Must be separated and easily accessed for unloading, NO enclosed trucks or trailers.
APPLIANCES: Refrigerators, Water Heaters, Stoves, Washers / Dryers Air-Conditioners, Televisions, and VCR’s.
FURNITURE: Mattresses, Box Springs, Sofas, Love Seats, Chairs, Cardboard.
SOLID WASTE: Wood & Construction Materials, Carpeting & Padding, Hard Plastic Items (such as toys, feeder troughs, swimming pool, etc. )
OTHER: Batteries (Donated to Boys Scouts), Porcelain / Ceramic (tiles, bath tubs, sinks, etc)
SCRAP METALS: Farm implements / machinery, aluminum siding, fencing, metal roofing, cars, machine parts.
E-SCRAP: Computers, other items.
