Lenwood Graves, 88

Lenwood Graves of the Bengal Community of Campbellsville, son of the late Len Ingram Graves and Mary Frances Gaddie Graves was born December 30, 1921 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 2:00 A.M., Saturday, May, 22, 2010 in Campbellsville.  Age: 88

He professed faith in Christ at an early age and was a member of Friendship Baptist Church.

He was a veteran of World War II having served his country honorably in the United States Army.

He was a retired farmer.

He is survived by one sister-in-law, Pauline Graves of Campbellsville; his niece and caretaker, Anne Sanders and husband, Bill of Campbellsville; two other nieces, Marsha Wood and husband, Allen of North Carolina, and Kristi Dillingham and husband, Kenny of New Mexico; a great nephew, Jordan Sanders and a great niece, Jessica Honea and husband, Jessie of Campbellsville; and many other relatives and friends.

He was also preceded in death by three brothers: Henry T. Graves, November 12, 1992, Frank I. Graves, May 20, 1994 and James A. “Jack” Graves, February 19, 1997.
