James “Jimmy” Caton
James “Jimmy” Caton of Campbellsville, son of the late Tricha Burton Holt and Jimmy “Shorty” Holt, was born October 19, 1961, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 5:00 P.M., Thursday, February 22, 2018 in Campbellsville. Age 56
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Elk Horn Baptist Church.
James was a former construction worker.
He enjoyed living life to the fullest doing things his way, but once his son was born, his focus changed to his son.
He is survived by one son, Daniel Caton of Campbellsville; one brother and two sisters: Dwain Caton and wife, Charlotte and Jamie Holt Owens of Campbellsville and Charlotte Hoots and husband, Mark of Leitchfield; special friend, Cindy Perkins of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by a nephew, Phillip Mann.
