Nina Davidson, 83

Nina Riley Lewis Davidson, the daughter of the late Walter and Beulah (Smith) Riley, was born Monday, April 22, 1935 in Williamsburg, KY and departed this life on Monday, October 29, 2018 at her home in Campbellsville. She was 83 years, 6 months and 8 days of age.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ and attended the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church and East Campbellsville Church of God.

Nina enjoyed crocheting and gardening, and took pleasure watching the hummingbirds that were attracted to the feeders she had at her home.

She united in marriage on September 24, 1960 to Alfred Davidson, who preceded her in death.

Survivors include five children: Steve Lewis and wife Bonnie, Kenny Lewis and wife Terry, and Phillip Davidson and wife Gwen, all of Campbellsville, Richard Lewis and wife Mary of Cincinnati and Carlene Evans and husband Danny of Hillsboro, OH; a sister: Nancy Back of Amelia, OH; a daughter-in-law: Letha Davidson of Campbellsville; seventeen grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son: Joel Davidson; three sisters: Virginia Cox, Earlene Cox, Elizabeth Partin; and a brother: Dempsey Riley.

The funeral service for Nina Riley Lewis Davidson will be Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Taylor County with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Bro. Freddy Thompson will be officiating.

Family requests visitation after 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at the church.
