David E. Dudgeon
David E. Dudgeon of Campbellsville, son of Frances Brown Dudgeon and the late William Edwin Dudgeon, was born September 22, 1950 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 6:55 A.M., Sunday, September 8, 2019 in Elizabethtown. Age: 68
He served his country honorably in the United States Army. He was awarded the
National Defense Service Medal and the Expert Rifle Badge.
David was self-employed as owner and operator of David’s Auto Sales.
Favorite hobbies of David’s was collecting and working on cars. He also enjoyed going to stock car races and was always picking on those he liked.
He united in marriage to Jane Sluder July 31, 1971.
Besides his wife, Jane Dudgeon of Campbellsville, he is survived by one son and one daughter: David Dudgeon and wife, Dana and Karen Bell and husband, Stephen of Campbellsville; two grandchildren: Wesley Bell and Ansley Bell; his mother, Frances Dudgeon of Campbellsville; three sisters: Jen Wright and husband, John and Helen Sebastian of Campbellsville and Lenn Beatty of Lancaster; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
