Stephen “Steve” Bastin, 66
Stephen Lynn “Steve” Bastin of Cave City, the son of the late Marion Keith and Betty Frances (Houk) Bastin, was born March 29, 1955 in Barren County, KY and departed this life on Thursday, June 3, 2021 in Horse Cave at the Caverna Medical Center. He was 66 years of age.
He was a farmer and of the Baptist Faith.
Steve enjoyed fishing, hunting, kayaking, camping and reading.
He is survived by two sisters: Sandra Parsley and husband David of Cave City and Julie Taylor of Cub Run; two Aunts: Jean Bastin of Glasgow and Edith Bastin of Elizabethtown; his caregivers: Anita Bass of Sulphur Well and Thomas Bass of Hiseville and a host of other relatives and friends.
Cremation rites were entrusted to
L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville.
There will be no services at this time.
