Charlie Underwood
Charlie Underwood of Lebanon Junction, formerly of Campbellsville, son of the late Fred Underwood and Lela Skaggs Underwood, was born February 19, 1928 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 12:22 A.M., Tuesday, July 27, 2021 in Lebanon Junction.
Age: 93
He did not attend a church but he was a believer.
He was a retired from the George M. Eady Company as a grader operator.
Charlie united in marriage to Jane Underwood in 1950 and she preceded him in death April 26, 2013.
Charlie is survived by one son, Dennis Underwood and Rhonda of Lebanon Junction; one grandson, Zachary Underwood; one sister-in-law, Cleo Underwood of Campbellsville: several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by a son, Douglas Underwood and two brothers and three sisters: Otis Underwood, Blond Underwood, Dorothy Glidewell, Pauline Lemmon and Essie Perkins.
