Mary E. Thompson
Mary E. Thompson of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Herman Lotter and Elizabeth Lawson Lotter, was born April 6, 1938 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 9:09 A.M., Thursday, May 15, 2025 in Campbellsville. Age: 87
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Christian Church.
She was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville after forty-four years of service.
Mary enjoyed sewing, quilting and working with flowers. She dearly loved her grandkids and her church.
She is survived by one son and one daughter: Randy Thompson and wife, Jody and Debbie Marr of Campbellsville; five grandchildren: Jeremy Thompson and wife, Carrie and Angel Brockman and husband, Andrew of Campbellsville, Jill Thompson (Katie) of Cincinnati, Ohio, Dillan Thompson and wife, Hannah of Greensburg and Eric Hudgins and wife, Allison of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; ten great-grandchildren: Amory Thompson, Hayden Thompson, Parker Thompson, Avery Thompson, Millie Thompson, Dillan Thompson, Ellie Thompson, Lainie Thompson, Kira Brockman and Audrey Hudgins; one brother, Harold Lotter and wife, Joann of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Mary was also preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Lotter.
