Rosemary Marie Lamer, 71
Rosemary Marie Lamer of Campbellsville, the daughter of the late William John Osinger and Sarah Perez Gutierrez was born on March 21, 1954, in Chicago, IL, and departed this life on May 20, 2025, at the Liberty Care Center in Liberty, KY, surrounded by her family. She was 71 years of age.
She was of the Catholic Faith and attended the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. Rosemary’s life was a testament to her strong belief in the Lord, and her love for Him was evident in all she did. Rosemary was one of the kindest souls — she raised her children, grandchildren, and every bonus kid who came into her life with love, compassion, and unwavering care. She had a special place in her heart for BINGO nights, especially with friends and family. She could not pass up a good yard sale or a day of bargain shopping.
The loss of Rosemary is felt by many, but her presence will continue in the hearts of those who knew her.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Harry Lamer, Sr., and two brothers, Billy Osinger, and Ronald Osinger.
She is survived by her four children: Bobbie Jo Lamer (Stephanie) of Lebanon, Dennis James Lamer of Campbellsville, Glenn Lamer (Theresa) of Elk Horn, and Robert Lamer, Jr. and his significant other Jamie Logsdon of Campbellsville, and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Also, surviving is her significant other, Thomas Barnes of Campbellsville, two sisters: Patricia Delgado of Lebanon, and Deborah Simmons of Chicago along with a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
There will be a Mass of Christian Burial for Rosemary Marie Lamer on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Campbellsville with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
