Ernest “Ernie” Morgan Breeding
Ernest “Ernie” Morgan Breeding of Campbellsville, the son of the late John Breeding and Allie Combs Breeding, was born November 10, 1933, in Bardstown, KY and departed this life on October 19, 2025 at his home. He was 91 years of age.
Ernie professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist Faith. He was a veteran and served his country honorably in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was a retired Master Electrician and Construction Manager. He enjoyed playing golf, reading westerns, loved the beach, and anything maintenance related.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by all of his siblings: John Breeding, Bobby Breeding, Allie Deacon, J.R. Breeding, William “Bill” Breeding, Joseph Breeding, and Dennie Breeding.
He is survived by his wife, Kaye Luckett Breeding, and three children, Gary Brreeding and his wife Connie of Greensburg, Billy Breeding and his wife Connie, and Sara Parke all of Campbellsville. 5 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
The family have chosen cremation and there are no services scheduled.
Memorials are suggested to be donation to St. Jude or to Taylor Co. SPCA and may be made at the funeral home or directly to the organization.
