Angela Allen Freeman

Angela Allen Freeman of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Adolphus Allen, Jr. and Joyce Feather Allen Russell, was born August 16, 1954 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 5:25 P.M., Thursday, December 4, 2025 in Louisville. Age: 71
Angela was an Expanded Food and Nutrition Assistant at the Taylor County Cooperative Extension Office. She had served as Taylor County Interagency Chair, was a professor at Campbellsville University and Campbellsville Child Development Center for many years
Angela had a servant’s heart and wanted to save every animal if she could. She loved her grandkids and UK basketball.
She is survived by one son and one daughter: Phillip Allen Freeman and wife, Katherine of Campbellsville and Laura Joyce Lambes and husband, Allen of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; two grandchildren: Jason Liam Freeman and Lucy Jane Lambes; one brother and one sister: Phillip Joel Allen and wife, Michelle of Campbellsville and Amy Jill Allen and Mary White of Berea; one step-sister, Patti Reynolds and husband, Mike of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kara Joyce Freeman.

Services were private and a Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.

Angela was a great women that loves families and friends that love to help To families. She had great pure heart for the love of Lord Jesus Christ. She was a very great women to talk to that always put families and friends first. We will all see again when we get to heaven. May the Lord bless the families of the Freeman’s as whole .
