Vicki Jo Middleton, 61
Vicki Jo Middleton of Liberty, daughter of Joyce ((Wilson) Blair and the late Jerry Martin Middleton, was born in Boyle County, KY on November 25, 1964. She departed this life on December 13, 2025 at the Taylor Regional Hospital, being 61 years of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a former employee of several local restaurants and factories, as well as Disneyworld. She loved to make people laugh and her friends carry many stories of times spent socializing, listening to music, or hunting arrowheads, but always having fun.
She leaves to mourn her passing:
Two children: Chaz Groves and Shaylah Wilkey,
Her mother: Joyce Blair of Liberty,
Two siblings: Christopher Middleton and James Middleton,
A grandson: Kian,
A lifelong best friend: Cathy Wiser,
Several cousins, including Chasity Simpson,
A niece and nephew: Amanda Buzzard and Blake Middleton,
And a host of other family members and friends.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Viki Jo on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY. Micah Sears will officiate. Burial will follow in the Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery in Casey County.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, Dec. 17, from 11:00 AM until time for the service.
