Troy Allen Key
Troy Allen Key of the Roley Community of Adair County, the son of Thomas James Key and the late Charlette (Whittington) Allen, was born July 1, 1974, in Campbellsville and departed this life on Sunday, January 18, 2026, in Campbellsville at the Taylor Regional Hospital. He was 51 years of age.
He was a delivery tech for Patient Aids in Campbellsville and was of the Christian Faith.
He enjoyed audiobooks, UK Basketball, fishing, cooking, and making people laugh, but most of all, spending time with family.
Survivors include a daughter, Autumn Key, and companion Aaron Riley; a son, Wade Key, and companion Hallie Boils.
Also three brothers and a sister: Tommy Key and wife Kathy, Timmy Key, Scott Key and wife Valerie, and Lisa Pinkston; two grandchildren: Saylor Grace Riley and Carter Bruce Riley; uncle: Chester Whittington and wife Becky, and a host of nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.
The funeral service for Troy Allen Key will be on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home.
Visitation after 5:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
