Patsy Glasscock Forman of Campbellsville, daughter of Hugh Glasscock and Aline Mann Glasscock of Bradfordsville, was born December 25, 1934 in Lebanon, Kentucky. She left her earthly home to join her Lord and Savior at 3:40 A.M., Sunday, March 29, 2026, having celebrated 91 years of life.

Patsy professed faith in Christ at a young age and had been a member of Campbellsville Baptist Church since 1968. She was known as a prayer warrior spending many hours in prayer on behalf of family, friends, and even strangers.

Mrs. Forman retired from Campbellsville High School after 27 years of teaching Home Economics, having obtained a Master’s Degree and her Rank 1. She served as Sunday

School Teacher for over 50 years, was on the Board of Director of Homeplace on Green River, and a member of Taylor County Retired Teachers Organization.

She is survived by two daughters: Marsha Ellis Benningfield and husband, Dickie and Melisa Ellis Morris and husband, Mark of Campbellsville; three grandchildren: Valerie Dykes and husband, Seth, Natalie Walters and husband, Jesse of Campbellsville, and Reed Benningfield and wife, Joanna of Indiana; six great-grandchildren: Colton Dykes, Landon Dykes, Avery Walters, Drake Benningfield, Summer Benningfield and Frankie Beimrohr; one brother: Hugh Allen Glasscock and wife, Helen of Auburn, KY; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Patsy was also proceeded in death by one granddaughter: Lindsey Benningfield; one sister and one brother: Phyllis Sullivan and Billy Ray Glasscock.
