Greg Rice
Greg Rice of Campbellsville, son of Helen Douglas Dearen Rice and the late Frank Eugene Rice, was born July 30, 1961 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 6:23 P.M., Monday, June 15, 2026 in Campbellsville. Age: 64
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Elk Horn Baptist Church.
Greg was employed as the Director of Materials Management at Taylor Regional Hospital for thirty-five years. He also was a former member of the Campbellsville City Council. He loved spending time working on the farm, supporting children’s programs, lending a helping hand and working in the Emmaus community. Greg’s family and the community he served knew him to be and will always remember him as a great man.
Greg is survived by his mother, Helen Rice; one brother, David Rice and wife, Brenda; two special nieces: Angie Draper and husband, Tim and Sara Harris and husband, Donald, all of Campbellsville; two great-nieces: Breanna Graham and husband, Colton and Abby Draper and many other relatives and friends.
