Raymond Gray
Raymond Gray of Campbellsville, the son of the late Howard Gray and Mildred Canada Gray, was born October 3, 1947 in Campbellsville, and departed this life on August 4, 2026 at his home. He was 78 years of age.
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Robinson Creek Baptist Church. He was a retired employee of Fruit of The Loom, and he enjoyed shooting trap, playing cards, NBA basketball, and watching television.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Betty Estes Gray of Campbellsville. One brother, Donnie Gray (Patricia) of Campbellsville, one sister, Mabel Karnes (Ronnie) of Campbellsville, two sister –in-laws, Patricia Gray of Campbellsville and Cathy Withers of Liberty, along with a host of nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters, Gary Wayne Gray, Leon Gray, Joyce Watkins, and Lorena Cochran.
Graveside Service: 2 PM on Friday, August 7, 2026, at Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.
Bro. Jim Collison will officiate.
There will be no visitation prior to the service.
