Age 64 size=2He was a construction worker. size=2He united in marriage to Lois Abel September 24, 1962. size=2Besides his wife, Lois Carter of Campbellsville, he is survived by three sons and one daughter and spouses: David and Becky Carter and Jennifer Carter and David Harmon of Campbellsville, Robert and Amanda Carter of Greensburg, and Gary and Luzviminda Carter of Long Beach, California; three grandchildren: Donald Carter of Michigan, Samantha Carter of Baltimore, Maryland and Emily Rose Carter of Campbellsville; one sister, Emma Sokolowski of Wyandotte, Michigan; sever nieces and nephews, special friends, David Mouser and Rev. She is survived by two sons and daughter-in-law, George and Laurella Perser of Ball, Louisiana, Michael Owen Abbott of Kentucky, one daughter and son-in-law, Carol Ann and Tommy Childers of Michigan, two grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, one brother Donald Comte of Oregan and one sister, Audrey Whitehead of Campbellsville. Graveside services will be conducted at 2PM, Monday, January 21, 2008 at the Griffin Cemetery. Family request visitation 6-8 PM, Sunday, January 20, 2008 at the Lyon DeWitt Funeral Home.

Catherine Irene Clark, age 90, of Logan Street, Campbellsville, died Thursday, January 17, 2008 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late William Shelbie and Elaon Troutman. She was also preceded in death by her husband, P. C. Clark, one brother, Marcus Troutman and one sister, Myrtle Stubbs. She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Clementine Clark, Shelbie Jean and Sammie Bryant all of Campbellsville, Priscilla and Shelby Thomas of Lebanon, three grandchildren, Steve Bryant of Campbellsville, Susan Halliday of Versailles, Van Gadberry of Lebanon, one brother, Edmund Troutman of Campbellsville and one sister, Mary Alice Jones of Louisville. A. Willis of Campbellsville, son of Pansy Franklin Willis and the late Reed Willis, was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, September 25, 1942. He died at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, January 16, 2008, in Campbellsville. Age: 65He had professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Green River Memorial Baptist Church.He served his country honorably in the United States Army and was veteran of the Vietnam War era. He was owner and operator of Bell Plumbing amp; Heating.He united in marriage to Barbara McCubbin December 18, 1964.
