She was daughter of the late William and Susie Ward Taylor. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Garnett Thompson, September 10, 2007. She was also preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Carl Taylor, Dallard Taylor, Bill Taylor, Sylvia Griffin, and Mary Durham. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Jerry Lee Thompson, Larry Eugene and Minnie Thompson, David L. And Debra Thompson, Sr., Sandra Underwood, Frances Darlene and William Cook and Patricia Ann and Jimmy Hunt all of Louisville, twenty two grandchildren, forty four great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, one sister, Ester Clark of Fairdale. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews , relatives and friends. .
