Cox December 6, 1946. size=3Besides her husband, Lester L. Cox of Campbellsville, she is survived by two sons: Donnie Cox and Larry G. Cox of Campbellsville; three grandchildren: Lorna Bush and husband Greg, Benjamin J. Imogene White, of Campbellsville, age 71, died Thursday, December 27, 2007, at University of Louisville Hospital, in Louisville after an illness. She was the daughter of the late, Sherman and Minnie Wise, she was also preceded in death by her husband Dallas Glenn White, one daughter, Patricia Ann Cook, one brother, James Wise. She is survived by two sons and daughter-in-law, Donnie White and Allen Kent and Pam White all of Campbellsville, three daughters and sons-in-law, Theresa White and Connie Sue and Chris Tucker of Campbellsville, Loretta and Barry Arnett of Green County, nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren also survive along with one brother and four sisters, Alex Wise of Raywick, Clydene Sanders of Finley, Dorothy Ann Cornett of Raywick and Bertha Richerson of Campbellsville and one sister-in-law, Joyce Emerson of Campbellsville. Funeral services for Mrs. Imogene White will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, December 31, 2007 at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens. Washington, Carol Ann Perkins and husband, Rev. size=5Edna Franklin 91 size=5 Edna Franklin, age 91, of Old Columbia Road, Campbellsville, died Wednesday, at Taylor Regional Hospital. She was the daughter of the late John and Rhoda Bowman Shivel. She was married on April 29, 1935 to Lawrence Franklin who preceded her in death in November 1994. She was also preceded in death by her sister Jessie Richardson. She was a life member or the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Campbellsville. She is survived by her son, Larry B. Franklin of Campbellsville,one sister, Mona Eubank of Campbellsville, two special nieces, Carolyn Barnett of Campbellsville and Jane Hogan of Bradfordsville and several other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Saturday at the Lyon DeWitt Funeral Home with burial in the Brookside Cemetery. Bro. Wayne Brooks, officiating.

size=5Howard T. Shofner, age 83, of Lebanon Road, died Friday at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown after an illness. size=5 He was the son of the late Thomas and Bessie Martin Shofner. He was also preceded in death by one brother Roy Shofner and two sisters, Hettie Jean Brown and Dora Henderson. He is survived by his wife Cymbeline Shofner of Campbellsville, two daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Lewis Rainwater and Judy Clarke all of Campbellsville, four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, one sister, Minnie Poff of Illinois.
