He died at 6:45 A.M. Monday, December 17, 2007 in Lexington. Age: 98 size=2He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the First United Methodist Church. He also attended Park United Methodist Church in Lexington. size=2He was a proud member of the Kentucky Home Guard. size=2He was a retired employee of TGT and a farmer in the Saloma community. size=2He had been a member of the Kiwanis Club of Lexington. size=2He united in marriage to Edith Morris September 13, 1935. She preceded him in death May 30, 1997. size=2He is survived by one daughter and one son: Barbara H. Whitlock of Lexington and William M. ldquo;Billrdquo; Hazard and wife Barbara of Belleville, Texas; four grandchildren: James E. Whitlock, Jr. and Stephen S. Whitlock and wife Beth of Lexington, Vincent M. Whitlock of Atlanta and Elizabeth T.
