EVELYN COLVIN Evelyn Colvin of Palestine Road, Campbellsville, daughter of the late Earl Thomas Smith and Bessie Orene Davis Smith was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, April 27, 1917. She died at 10:20 P.M., Tuesday, April 3, 2007, in Campbellsville. Age: 89She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Palestine Baptist Church.She united in marriage to Leslie D. Colvin August 28, 1937. He preceded her in death February 20, 1998.She is survived by two sons and three daughters and spouses: Donald and Betsy Colvin of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, Faye and John Kuegel of Owensboro, Arlene Lynch and Larry and Becky Colvin of Campbellsville, and Dianne Colvin of Owensboro; four grandchildren and spouses: Robert and Ginger Colvin of Campbellsville, Richard and Amie Colvin of Sonora and Renee Kuegel Walters and John and Leigh Ann Kuegel Jr. of Owensboro; seven great-grandchildren: Jacob Walters, Rachel Walters, Johnna Leigh Kuegel, and Joshua Kuegel of Owensboro, Landon Colvin and Lee Colvin of Sonora, and Kobe Colvin of Campbellsville; one brother and two sisters-in-law: Earl Byron and Della Ann Smith of Campbellsville and Mabel Smith of Campbellsville; several other relatives and many friends.She was preceded in death by one brother, Ralph Smith October 26, 1986 and one son-in-law, Bill Lynch November 9, 2005. ________________ FUNERAL SERVICES: 11:00 A.M., Friday, April 6th at the Parrott amp; Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev. He died at 10:30 A.M., Wednesday, April 4, 2007 in Campbellsville.
