EVELYN COLVIN Evelyn Colvin of Palestine Road, Campbellsville, daughter of the late Earl Thomas Smith and Bessie Orene Davis Smith was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, April 27, 1917. She died at 10:20 P.M., Tuesday, April 3, 2007, in Campbellsville. Age: 89She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Palestine Baptist Church.She united in marriage to Leslie D. Colvin August 28, 1937. He preceded her in death February 20, 1998.She is survived by two sons and three daughters and spouses: Donald and Betsy Colvin of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, Faye and John Kuegel of Owensboro, Arlene Lynch and Larry and Becky Colvin of Campbellsville, and Dianne Colvin of Owensboro; four grandchildren and spouses: Robert and Ginger Colvin of Campbellsville, Richard and Amie Colvin of Sonora and Renee Kuegel Walters and John and Leigh Ann Kuegel Jr. of Owensboro; seven great-grandchildren: Jacob Walters, Rachel Walters, Johnna Leigh Kuegel, and Joshua Kuegel of Owensboro, Landon Colvin and Lee Colvin of Sonora, and Kobe Colvin of Campbellsville; one brother and two sisters-in-law: Earl Byron and Della Ann Smith of Campbellsville and Mabel Smith of Campbellsville; several other relatives and many friends.She was preceded in death by one brother, Ralph Smith October 26, 1986 and one son-in-law, Bill Lynch November 9, 2005. ________________ FUNERAL SERVICES: 11:00 A.M., Friday, April 6th at the Parrott amp; Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev. JIMMY L. BLANKENSHIP Jimmy L. Blankenship of West Miller Road, Campbellsville, son of the late Genie Blankenship and Lovie Dile Blankenship was born August 22, 1943 in Green County, Kentucky. He died at 10:30 A.M., Wednesday, April 4, 2007 in Campbellsville. Age: 63He professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith.He was a member of the Greensburg Masonic Lodge # 54 F amp; AM.He was employed by Nally and Gibson as a welder for some thirty-eight years.He united in marriage to Maxine Goode Russell July, 1986.Besides his wife, Maxine Blankenship of West Miller Road, Campbellsville, he is survived by two daughters and one son: Madeanna York and Jimmy Darren Blankenship of Greensburg and Carla Isaacs of Campbellsville; two step-children, Thomas Glenn Russell of Campbellsville and Lora Ann Montgomery of Russell Springs, six grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; two brothers, Billy Gene Blankenship of Campbellsville and Gilbert Blankenship of Georgetown; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.He was also preceded in death by one brother, James Clifton Blankenship. _______________ FUNERAL SERVICES: 2:00 P.M., Friday, April 6, 2007, at the Parrott amp; Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev. He died at 12:09 A.M., Thursday, March 29, 2007 in Campbellsville. Age: 78 He professed faith in Christ and was of the Pentecostal faith. He was a retired farmer. He united in marriage to Norma Jean Crabtree who preceded him in death in 2006. Laura Ann Willis BeardLaura Ann Willis Beard, age 90, of New Columbia Road, Campbellsville, died Wednesday at Metzmeir Nursing Home.She was the daughter of the late John Stanley and Febia Clark Wilkerson, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Elza Willis and later married Norwood Beard who also preceded her in death.She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Dean and Nadine Willis and Dale and Betty Sue Willis all of Campbellsville, four grandchildren, Julie Smith, Mark Willis, Susan Williams and Jackie Sapp all of Campbellsville, six great grandchildren and one step great grandchild.Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Friday, March 30, 2007 at the Lyon DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Green River Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery.Bro. Annie Wilson Young of Robinson Avenue, Campbellsville, daughter of the late Ed Wilson and Ella Elliott Wilson, was born August 22, 1910 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 5:36 P.M., Thursday, March 22, 2007, in Campbellsville. Age: 96She professed faith in Christ and was a lifelong member of the Good Hope Baptist Church where she served as pianist for over fifty years.She united in marriage to E. Poe Young December 23, 1933.Besides her husband, E.
