Skaggs, age 50, of Capps Road, Campbellsville, died Wednesday at Taylor Regional Hospital.He is survived by his parents, Albert and Geneva Nell Skaggs of Campbellsville, one brother, Terry Skaggs and one sister, Gwendolyn Skaggs of Campbellsville. Several nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM.
