Ann Wallace Phillips, age 50, of Larkview Drive, Henderson, formerly of Campbellsville died Tuesday, May 30, 2006 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.She was a member of the First Methodist Church in Henderson, Kentucky. She was employed by the Green River Health District as a social worker.She is survived by her parents Wallace and Maxine Davis Phillips of Campbellsville. Also surviving are uncles, aunts, cousins and a host of friends.Funeral services for Ann Wallace Phillips will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Thursday, June 1, 2006 at Lyon DeWitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.Rev. William Roy WethingtonMr. William Roy Wethington, age 92, of Old Columbia Road, Campbellsville, died Saturday, May 27, 2006 at the Medco Nursing Home after an illness.He was the son of the late John Willie and Ida Williams Wethington. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles and Otis Wethington and two sisters, Edna Tucker and Helen Cave.He was a charter member of the Woodlawn Christian Church, a World War II veteran, Kentucy Colonel, and a member of the Casey Creek Masonic Lodge. He was a retired businessman.He is survived by his wife, Maurice Walker Wethington of Campbellsville, one daughter and son-in-law, Ouida and Wendell Rivers, of Campbellsville, one grandson, Damon Rivers of Campbellsville and two sisters-in-law, Alice Wethington and Mildred Walker of Campbellsville.Also surviving, are special cousins, nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends.Funeral services for Mr. William Roy Wethington, will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, May 30, 2006 at the Lyon DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Brookside Cemetery.Bros. Everett Bishop, age 68, of Davis Street, Campbellsville, died Sunday at the University of Louisville Hospital after an illness.He was preceded in death by his parent, Wathall and Edna Clark Bishop. He was a member of East Campbellsville Church of God, a retired employee of Sears and Walmart.He is survived by his wife, Wanda Bishop of Campbellsville, one son and daughter-in-law, Barry and Rebecca Bishop of Fountain Run, two daughters and son-in-law, Genean and Barry Lane and Shelly Bishop of Campbellsville, six grandchildren and one great grandchild. Also surviving are two brothers, Charles (C.J.)
