Elizabeth Williams Smith of Lanai Lane, Campbellsville, Sunday, September 25, 2005 in Campbellsville. Age: 86.She retired as Director of the Campbellsville Housing Authority.She united in marriage to H. Maurice Williams on May 12, 1939. He preceded her in death on February 27, 1977.She united in marriage to Len Smith on June 15, 1979. He preceded her in death on February 18, 1998.She is survived by three daughters: Karen Vaughn and husband Chuck of Campbellsville, Suzie Smith and husband John of Lebanon and Ann Williams of El Cajon, California; two step-sons, Bill Smith and Bob Smith and wife Kathy Smith of Akron, Ohio; six grandchildren: Ben Stoner of North Vernon, Indiana, Beth Stoner of Boston, Massachusetts, Don Mangiarelli of Kailua, Hawaii, Maria Rippo of Seattle, Washington, Lisa Odgen of Canyon Lake, California and Gina Bonecutter of Laguna Hills, California; four step-grandchildren: Bryan Vaughn of Lexington, Denelle Smith of Heath, Ohio, Michele Valdez of Santa Maria, California and Matthew Smith of Akron, Ohio twelve great-grandchildren; two brothers, P. R. Davis and wife Bonnie of Raceland, Kentucky and Moses H. Nancy Shields Kovalainen of Palestine Road, Campbellsville, daughter of the late Oscar L. Frye and Addie McFarland Frye was born October 8, 1922 in Fayette County, Kentucky. She died at 12:15 P.M., Monday, September 19, 2005 in Campbellsville. Age: 82 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Campbellsville Baptist Church. She united in marriage to Carl E. Kovalainen July 2, 1975. He preceded her in death August 21, 2005.She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Corinne Shields; one granddaughter, Nancy D. England; four great-grandchildren: Bethany England, Lindsey Barbee, Adam Barbee and Daniel Clark all of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews, many other relatives and friends. Paul Allen Gilpin, died Monday, September 12, 2005 at Hardin Memorial Hospital.He is the infant son of Paula and Jonathan Gilpin of Campbellsville. Surviving him are his grandparents, Marilyn Rogers of Campbellsville and Dwight and Alene Gilpin of Campbellsville, and Grandfather James Johnson of Campbellsville. Also surviving are his Great-grandparents Margie Scigall of Campbellsville, Kyle Burton of Columbia, and Louise Johnson of Florida. Also his brother Justin Gilpin and half brothers, Wayne and Chris Gilpin. He was preceded in death by a brother Wesley Rainwater.Graveside services will be conducted at 11 A.M., Friday, September 16, 2005 at the Brookside Cemetery.Officiating Elder Rueal Boils. Jessie Mae Perkins, age 89, of West Broadway, Campbellsville, died Thursday, September 15, 2005 at the Summit Manor Nursing Home in Columbia after an illness.She was preceded in death by her parents, Emmett and Mollie Helms Lewis, four sons, Davis Perkins, Donnie Perkins, Jackie Perkins and Allen Perkins, three brothers, James Lewis, Bobby Lewis and Edgar Lewis and also one sister, Owida Lewis.She is survived by six children, Delbert Perkins, William Perkins, Ronnie Perkins and Stella Callahan, all of Knifley, Mary Abston of Indiana and Margaret Moss of Columbia. Gore,age 82 died Friday, September 9, 2005 in Campbellsville.He was a veteran of WWII, Korea and Vietnam and retired after twenty-six years service in the Air Force.He was a member of the Campbellsville First Cumberland Presbyterian Church.He is survived by his wife, Gladys Gardner Gore; one son Dr. David Gore of Lexington;three sisters and one brother: Jean Brockman and H.C.
