Linda Franklin, age 66 of Campbellsville, died Friday in Campbellsville. She was the daughter of the late Richard Durham Dick Smith and Annie Elizabeth Gibson Franklin. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the South Campbellsville Baptist Church.She united in marriage to Robert Bob Franklin July 14, 1956. He preceded her in death January 26, 2003.She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law: Scott and Tanya Franklin of Campbellsville and Brian and Julie Franklin of Versailes; four grandchildren: Brian Franklin II and Cory Franklin of Versiales and Haley Franklin and Tyler Franklin of Campbellsville; one uncle and two aunts: Albert Smith of Louisville, and Margaret Acree and Frances Smith of Campbellsville; one nephew, Mark Robertson of Paintsville.She was preceded in death by one sister, Eleanor Robertson.Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, February 13th at the Parrott Ramsey Funeral Home with burial in the Brookside Cemetery. Family requests visitation after 5:00 P.M., Saturday at the Parrott Ramsey Funeral Home.Expressions of sympathy suggested to Hospice of Central Kentucky.

Martha SmithMs. Martha Smith, age 77 of Greenbriar, Campbellsville died Sunday, February 6, 2005 at the Medco Nursing Home after an illness.She was the daughter of the late Willie and Letha Miller Hunter of Taylor County. She was preceded in death by her husband Otis Allen Smith Sr. And three brothers and three sisters. Anthony HardenMr. Anthony Harden, age 46, of Knifley died Saturday, February at his Residence.He was the son of the late Aaron Harden and Betty Parker Harden of Knifley who survives her son. He was a sawmill employee and a member of the Brethren In Christ Church.Mr. Harden is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and Jeffrey Scruggs of Elkhorn, two grandchildren, Autumn and Damien Scruggs, two brothers and four sisters, Jack and Ricky Harden of Knifley, Gail Roberts and Bonnie Lozier both of Indiana, Donna Stayton of Knifley and Vanessa Vaughn of Washington. Three nieces and seven nephews also survive.Funeral services for Mr. Tony Harden will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Sylvia Rowena Sween 71Ms. Sylvia Rowena Sween, age 71, of Eastridge Cemetery Road, died Saturday February 5, 2005 at the Taylor Regional Hospital after an illness.She was the daughter of the late Everette and Zora Jones Eastridge of Taylor County.She was preceded in death by her husband, Clearance Sween, and two brothers and a sister,Buddy and Ernest Eastridge, Lillie March Miam.Ms. Sween is survived by four sons and daughters-in-law, Greg and Lawanna Abell, Eddie and Barbara Abell, Johnny and Renee Abell all of Campbellsville Ernie Abell of Virginia, one daugher and son-in-law, Cathy and Bill Kingdollar of Campbellsville, one step-daughter, Joanne Svalberg of Denver, three sisters, Helen Kulp of Casey Creek, Dorothy Abell of Virginia, Bonita Kingsbury of Denver, fifteen grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and three step-grandchildren also survive along with a host of friends.Funeral services for Ms. Sylvia Rowena Sween will be conducted at 11:00 A.M.
