Ruby L. Turner of New Columbia Road, Campbellsville, daughter of the late Monroe Vernon Graham and Elsie Noel Graham was born June 26, 1932 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 7:03A.M., Thursday, January 13, 2005 in Louisville. Age: 72 She professed faith in Christ and was of the Methodist Faith. She retired from Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville and the Cabinet for Families and Children. She united in marriage to Bobby Turner June 29, 1950. Besides her husband, Bobby Turner of Campbellsville, she is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Darrell Miller of Campbellsville, one granddaughter, Holly Shively and husband Adrian; two great-grandsons: Levi Shively and Landon Shively; two sisters and two brothers: Corrine Reliford, Verniece Taylor and husband Marshall, and Charles Graham of Campbellsville and Grover Graham of Crestwood, Kentucky; several nieces and nephews, many other relatives and friends. Lonnie A. Jones of Oak Lane, Mannsville, son of the late Ruby Jones and Louedwena Herron Jones Lobb was born January 11, 1942 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 2:00 P.M., Friday January 14, 2005 in Mannsville. Age: 63 He professed faith in Christ and was of the Methodist Faith. He served honorably in the Kentucky National Guard. He retired from Pepsi Cola after twenty-seven years of service.He united in marriage to Joan Cox. Besides his wife, Joan Jones of Mannsville, he is survived by two sons and two daughters: Jeff Jones and Jay Jones of Mannsville, Leslie Jones Vance and her husband Mark of Campbellsville and Specialist Caren Jones stationed in Babylon, Iraq; three grandchildren: Jessie Vance, Weston Vance and Trevor Vance; one sister-in-law, Dot Jones of Campbellsville, several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. Dorothy Stapp Dowling of Longview Drive, Campbellsville, daughter of the late Leonard Stapp and Winnie Christine Sapp Martin was bornApril 19, 1927 in Marion County, Kentucky. She died at 5:40 A.M., Tuesday, January 18, 2005 in Campbellsville. Age: 77 She professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist Faith. She was a Registered Nurse having retired from the Taylor County Health Department after many years of service. She united in marriage to James Robert Dowling July 5, 1958. He preceded her in death December 6, 1999. She is survived by two daughters: Mary Anne Gibson of Kingsport, Tennessee and Rebecca Dowling Eastridge and husband, Michael of Lebanon; one granddaughter, Hillary Anne Gibson of Kingsport, Tennessee; one half-brother, Larry Stapp, one half-sister, Sandy Stohry and one step-sister, Carolyn Collins of Indiana; several nieces and nephews; many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister: Harold Stapp, Charles Stapp and Anne Stapp York; one half-sister, Kathy Marcum. Paul O. Cecil Jr. of Patterson Court, Campbellsville, son of the late Paul Oscar Cecil Sr. and Delia Settles Cecil was born June 7, 1927 in Marion County, Kentucky. He died at 5:38 P.M., Thursday, December 30, 2004 in Campbellsville. Age: 77He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. He retired as District Manager for Gordon Foods. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict having served his country honorably in the United States Army. He united in marriage to Shirley Kippes May 9, 1953. Besides his wife Shirley Cecil of Campbellsville, he is survived by three sons and two daughters and spouses: David and Sheila Cecil of Burlington, Kentucky, Greg and Sherry Cecil of Franklin, Kentucky, Dale and Cheri Cecil of Glen Ellen, California, Sandy England of Campbellsville and Annie and Don Pullen of Elizabethtown; seven grandchildren: Veronica England and Alex England of Campbellsville, Chad Haynes of Auburn, Kentucky, Paige Cecil of Franklin, Kentucky, Jesse Agricuta, Jordan Agricuta and Autumn Rose Cecil of Glen Ellen, California; two great-grandchildren: Katie England of Campbellsville and Trent Pullen of Elizabethtown; two sisters and three brothers: Norma Shain of Bardstown, Betty Browning of Jeffersontown, Victor Cecil of Tucson, Arizona, Ernest Cecil of Nashville, Tennessee and Joe Cecil of Louisville; several nieces and nephews, many other relatives and friends.
