Dorothy Durham of Cave Road, Campbellsville, daughter of the late Thomas Bernard Cave and Bertha Ella Wade Cave was born October 15, 1925 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 1:42 A.M., Monday, January 5, 2004 in Campbellsville. Age: 78 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Palestine Baptist Church. She united in marriage to Lynwood Durham, March 8, 1947. Besides her husband, Lynwood Durham of Cave Road, Campbellsville, she is survived by three children: Dianna Ross of Dayton, Ohio, Terry Durham and wife Carole Dawn of Glasgow, Kentucky, Mike Durham and wife Teresa of Louisville, Kentucky; six grandchildren: Julie Gore and husband Glen of Louisville, Kentucky, Brent Durham and wife Linda of Sellersburg, Indiana, Jarrad Durham and Lindsay Durham of Louisville, Kentucky, Ryan Durham and Taryn Durham of Glasgow, Kentucky; one great-granddaughter, Brianna Gore of Louisville, Kentucky; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters: Hershel Cave, Lawrence Cave, Lula Maupin, Mary Catherine Milby, Bill Cave, Bob Cave, Omer Cave, Arvin Cave and Paul Cave; one niece, Charlotte Perkins and one nephew, Garry Cave. FUNERAL SERVICES: 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, January 7, 2004 at the Parrott and Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev. Danny Pace and Rev. #65279;Mr. Thomas Holt James, age 50, of Robinson Avenue,Campbellsville died Friday, January 2, 2004 at his residence after an illness.He is survived by one son, Tanner James of Huntington, West Virginia. Father and Mother,Lawrence and Aileen James Jr. of Campbellsville, one nephew, Stephen Marshall of Lexington alsosurvives along with a host of friends.Funeral services for Mr. Thomas Holt James will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Monday, January 5, 2004 at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Brookside Cemetery.The family request visitation from 5 to 7:00 P.M. Shive, age 72, of Ebenezer Road, Greensburg, died Wednesday, December 31, 2003 at his residence after an illness.He is survived by his wife Lucille Shive, one son and daughter-in-law and two daughters andsons-in-law, William and Tammy Shive, Sharon and Timmy Dulworth all of Columbia, Janet and Ronnie Hare of Campbellsville. Two grandchildren and one great-grandchild, two brothers and five sisters, Charles Shive of Campbellsville, Donnie Shive of Hodgenville, Rebecca Williams, Kathryn Rice of Campbellsville, Maxine Wilkerson of Green County, Regina Rose of Florida and Gertie Bennett of Louisville. Special friends, Larry and Rachel Lemons and Doyle and Melissa Sterns also survive along with other relatives and a host of friends.Funeral services for Mr. Billy Shive will be conducted at 11:00 A.M.
