#65279;Norene SandersMrs. Norene Sanders, age 83, of Gardner Street, Campbellsville died Sunday, October 26, 2003 at the Green Hill Manor Nursing Home after an illness.She was the daughter of the late Guy and Hattie Burton Caffee of Taylor County. She was a retired Housewife and a member of the Lowel Avenue Baptist Church. Mrs. Sanders was preceded in death by her husband Bill Sanders and one daughter and two brothers, Mary Elizabeth Sanders,Joe Wood Sanders and Guy Miller Sanders.She is survived by two sons and daughter-in-law, William Bill Sanders, Guy and ElizabethSanders of Campbellsville, two daughters, Faye Hunt of Campbellsville and Linda Bright of Salt Lake City, Utah. Seven grandchildren, Tammy and Jeffery Sander, Miranda and William ClydeSanders and Doug Hunt all of Campbellsville, Natalie Osoro and Debbie Lyman of Utah, and sevengreat-grandchildren also survive along with several other relatives and a host of friends.Funeral services for Mrs. Norene Sanders were conducted at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, October28, 2003 at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Sanders Cemetery.Brother Dave Walters officiated.

Charles Junior Flinchum of Knifley Road, Elkhorn, son of the late Riley Flinchum and Lula Smith Flinchum was born in Taylor County, Kentucky March 19, 1928. He died at 5:15 A.M., Friday, October 17, 2003 in Campbellsville. Age: 75 He professed faith in Christ. He was a retired farmer. He united in marriage to Jewell Dean Stayton April 11, 1948.Besides his wife, Jewell Dean Flinchum of Knifley Road, Elkhorn, he is survived by two sons: Steve Flinchum and his wife Dawn, and Lowell Flinchum of Elkhorn; eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; one brother and two sisters: Curt Flinchum of Campbellsville, Rosa Miller of Anderson, Indiana and Lucy Stillhorn of Coldwater, Michigan; several nieces and nephews; many other relatives and friends.
