Novella Perkins of North Central Avenue, Campbellsville, daughter of the late John Allen and Rebecca Allen was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, May 9, 1927. She died at 12:16 P.M., Wednesday, March 12, 2003 in Campbellsville. Age: 75 She had professed faith in Christ and was of Pentacostal faith.She united in marriage to James Perkins. He preceded her in death July 9, 1985. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law: Rodger and Tracy Perkins of Campbellsville; one step-son and his wife: Billy Ray and Sharon Perkins of Greensburg; one granddaughter and one grandson: RayLee Perkins and Ethen Perkins of Campbellsville; five step-grandchildren: Billie Jo Akridge, Leslie Sneed, James Michael Perkins of Campbellsville, John David Perkins and Greg Buckles of Greensburg; three great-grandchildren: Brianna Sneed, Phillip Sneed and Madelynn Belle Sneed of Campbellsville; four brothers: Creed Allen, Elmer Allen, Henry Allen and James Allen of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Judy Ann Estes in infancy on October 18, 1952, and four sisters and one brother: Dorine Durham, Nora Vaughn, Elsie Price, Fronia Burress and Everett Allen.FUNERAL SERVICES: 11:00 A.M., Friday, March 14th at the Parrott Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev. #65279;Margie Davis Mrs. Margie Davis, age 87, of Taylor Blvd., Campbellsville, died Monday, March 13,2003 at the Greenhill Manor Nursing in Greensburg after an illness.She was the daughter of the late George W. and Lether Warren Davis of Taylor County. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Bray, three brothers and two sisters and one half-sister, Rosco, Edgar Lee and Willard Davis, Ethel Porter, Lora Lewis and Sue Boley. Mrs. Daviswas a retired house wife. She was also of the Baptist faith.Mrs. Davis is survived by three daughters, Dorothy Greer, Mattie Bray and Julie Ann Lynch all of Campbellsville, twenty-nine grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren also survive along with one sister Laura Shofner of Florida.Funeral services for Mrs. Margie Davis were conducted at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, March 13, 2003 at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Callahan Cemetery.Brother Darrell Ford officiating.

#65279;Mrs. Juanita Bottoms, age 66 of Walling Avenue, Campbellsville died Wednesday, March 5, 2003 at the Taylor County Hospital after an illness.Mrs. Bottoms is survived by her husband, Joseph Kermit Bottoms, five sons and three daughters, Richard Salsbury, Josheph Randall, Tommy, Billy and Bruce Bottoms, Simone Brown, Wanda Watson and Pam Colvin all of Campbellsville, several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, two brothers and eight half-brothers, Hubert Bolin of Somerset, Ky. and Alvin Bolin of Louisville, One sister , Doty Bolin and five half-sisters also survive along with a host of friends and other relatives.Funeral services for Mrs. Juanita Bottoms will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. Friday, March 7, 2003 at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home with cremation to fallow.Visitation will be from 12:00 to 3:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home.

Bobby James Goodrum Jr. of Snow Lane, Campbellsville, son of Bob Goodrum and Janet Childers Goodrum, was born February 23, 1977, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 11:07 A.M., Wednesday, February 26, 2003, in Campbellsville.
