Mrs. Laeticia Ann “Tish” Stubbs of Campbellsville passed from this life on Tuesday, December 24, 2019 at the Norton Audubon Hospital. Born in Nelson County on August 19, 1962 to the late Willaim Charles “Charlie” and Norma Ann (Clark) Cissell, she was 57 years, 4 months, and 5 days of age. Mrs. Stubbs was the wife of Mr. Larry Stubbs, who survives. She was the cafeteria director of the Adair County Elementary School. She loved being around people, and loved to babysit for her friends and family. She relished being able to go camping with her friends and often reserved a campsite for weeks (or sometimes months) at a time.
Besides her husband, she leaves to cherish her memory:
Four siblings: Janet Lavonne Murley and husband Walter Ronald of Campbellsville, Charles Timothy Cissell and wife Sandra of Campbellsville, Pamela Gail Wethington and husband Stanley of Columbia, and Todd Cissell and wife Libby of Campbellsville,
Nieces: Ashley Stubbs, Morgan Rowe, Lindsay Burress, and Brittani Wilson,
A brother-in-law: John Stubbs and wife Terri and a sister-in-law: Phyllis Yarberry.
Special friends: Christy Donahue, Dianne Donahue, and Patty Thornsberry,
Her furbaby: Gracie,
And a host of other family and friends.
She was also preceded in death by two siblings: William Mark Cissell and Thomas Kevin Cissell.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Stubbs on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, Campbellsville, KY. Burial will follow in the Good Hope Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, Dec 27, from 5:00-8:00 PM.
Todd Cissell, Tim Cissell, Aaron Cissell, Jermey Cissell, Cain Wilson, and Bear Gabehart will serve as pallbearers. Johnny Stubbs, Jackson Lackey, Haley Lackey, and Kaitlyn Lackey will stand as honorary pallbearers.

Mrs. Glenda Lee Shively of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Charles Fisher and Juanita (Pruitt) Harris, was born on March 20, 1951. She departed this life on Thursday, December 26, 2019 at the Taylor Regional Hospital, being 68 years, 9 months, and 6 days of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the First Baptist Church. She was a retiree of the Fruit of the Loom plant and was a homemaker.
Mrs. Shively was a loving and compassionate lady, and always had an encouraging word for those she met. She will long be remembered for her countless kindnesses and her genuinely love for her family, her kids, and especially, her grandchildren.
She leaves to cherish her memory:

A brother and sister: Gary Harris of Bardstown, and Doris Porter of Lebanon,

Cousins: Timmy Marshall and wife Yolanda, Lisa Marshall, Karen Keys, Evelyn Newson and husband Fred, Daniel Marshall, Stanley Marshall, Bridgette Covington and husband Leon, Vanessa Smith, Jamie Tucker, Carson Smith, and Courtney Smith,
And a host of other family and friends.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Michele Williams, and maternal grandparents, Roosevelt and Evelyn Tucker.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Shively on Monday, December 30, 2019 at 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church, 704 E Broadway, Campbellsville, KY. Burial will follow in the Crown Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the church on Monday, Dec 30, from 10:00 AM until time for the service.

Mrs. Donna Kaye (Underwood) Creason of Campbellsville passed from this life on Friday, December 20, 2019 at the Taylor Regional Hospital. Daughter of the late Shelby Underwood and Juanita (Milby) Despain, she was born in Taylor County on July 21, 1959, and was 60 years, 4 months, and 29 days of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Victory Tabernacle in Campbellsville. Mrs. Creason started cleaning houses professionally when the Fruit of the Loom plant closed. A quiet and strong lady, she rarely complained about the hardships in life, focusing instead on caring for her family and friends. Her hardworking and kindhearted ethics will survive in the lives of her husband and children.
She leaves to cherish her memory:

Mrs. Mildred Alien Shofner of Summersville passed from this life on Sunday, December 15, 2019 at the Jane Todd Hospital after an illness. Born on March 19, 1938 to the late Walter L. and Cora (Herron) Cox, she was 81 years, 8 months, and 26 days of age. Mrs Shofner was a beloved and cherished mother and grandmother, and she will be dearly missed.
She leaves to carry her legacy:

She was also preceded in death by three children: Ronald Shofner, Mark Shofner, and Rita Gribbins; and six siblings: Hack, Buck, David, Kenneth, Ed, and Alien.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Shofner on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at 1:00 PM in the Feathersburg Church of God, 4571 Speck Ridge Rd, Elk Horn, KY 42733. Bro. Bobby O’Neil will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Callahan Cemetery beside the church.

Mr. Herbert “Junior” Vance of Buffalo passed from this life on Friday, December 13, 2019 at his home. Son of the late Bennie Herbert and Florence Edith (Lee) Vance, he was 86 years, 5 months, and 24 days of age. Mr. Vance had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Poplar Grove United Methodist Church. He was a carpenter by trade, and loved to spend his free time outdoors fishing and hunting. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Essie (Underwood) Vance, in 2005.
He leaves to cherish his memory:
Two sisters: Peggy Potter and husband Ernie of Missouri, and Diana Creason and husband Norman of Buffalo,
Several nieces and nephews,
And a host of other family and friends.
He was also preceded in death by three siblings: Louella Judis, Carl Vance, and an infant brother.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Vance on Monday, December 16, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Poplar Grove United Methodist Church, Poplar Grove Rd. Bro. Elbert Hadley will be officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
