Angela Joyce Pritchard, 80

Mrs Angela Joyce (Dickens) Pritchard, a life-long Campbellsville resident, passed from this life on March 31, 2015 at the Taylor Regional Hospital after an illness. She was 80 years, 9 months, and 23 days of age. Mrs. Pritchard was a homemaker and a beloved mother and grandmother. She had professed faith in Christ and was of the Presbyterian faith.

She leaves to cherish her memory:
One son: Ricky Dickens of Campbellsville,
Three daughters: Mary Caldwell, Patricia Pritchard and companion William Nugent, and Barbara Pritchard, all of Campbellsville,
Five grandchildren: Kevin Pritchard, Erika Caldwell, Michael Dickens, Matthew Dickens, and David Kearney,
Three great-grandchildren: Logan Pritchard, Katlyn Pritchard, and Aryanna Britton,
And several other extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Delmar and Nellie (Bottoms) Dickens, her brother, Alfred Dickens, and one grandchild, William Pritchard.

There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Pritchard at the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718 on Friday, April 3, 2015, at 4:00 PM. Burial will follow in the Brookside Cemetery, West Main St, Campbellsville, KY 42718.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, April 3, from 2:00 PM until time for the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials take the form of donations to the funeral expenses, and can be made at the funeral home.

Elizabeth Jean Sandlin, 56

Mrs. Elizabeth Jean Sandlin, age 56 of Elkhorn, passed away on Friday at her home.

Survivors include: Three daughters: Melissa Stokes and husband Walter, Angel Sandlin and fiancée Brandon Sturgill all of Campbellsville and Wilma May of Port Clinton, Ohio.

Two sons: Jimmy D. Sandlin of Whitesburg and Billy K. Sandlin and wife Sandra of Tiffin, Ohio.

One sister: Annie Halcomb of Tiffin, Ohio.

One brother: Glen Taulbee of Tiffin, Ohio.

Five grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

The funeral service for Mrs. Elizabeth Jean Sandlin will be conducted Monday at 1:00 P.M. at the L.R. Petty Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Jones Chapel Cemetery.

Visitation after 11 AM Monday at the funeral home.

Johnnie C. Clark, 57

Mr. Johnnie C. Clark was born in Campbellsville on December 24, 1957 into the marriage of Willie and Zelma (Osborne) Clark. He was the youngest of four boys. He departed this life on March 25, 2015 in Campbellsville at the Taylor Regional Hospital, being 57 years, 3 months, and 1 day of age. Johnnie had a developmental disability since birth, but more importantly, he had a positive effect on the many people he met during his life. His kind and compassionate heart will be long remembered.

Johnnie leaves to cherish his memory:
Two brothers: Danny Ronald Clark and companion Jennifer Sluder of Campbellsville, and David Clark and wife Janet K. of Jamestown,
Two nieces: Davene K. DeVore, and Gail Hitch,
One nephew: Allen Clark,
Many close friends and caretakers at Tri Generations in Campbellsville,
And a host of other cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Zelma Clark, and a brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Margareet Clark.

Cremation was accorded Mr. Clark by the L.R. Petty Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Campbellsville. His closest family and friends held a private funeral service to honor his life.

Mr. Robin Thomas Baldwin was born on September 30, 1960 in Campbellsville to Harold and Barbara (Thompson) Baldwin, and departed this life on March 22, 2015 at the Hospice Care Center in Louisville. He was 54 years, 5 months, and 22 days of age. Mr. Baldwin had worked most of his life in the construction industry, most notably as a carpenter. He lived a dynamic and enthusiastic life, and acquired many close friends along the way.

Alongside his parents, Mr. Baldwin leaves behind:
One sister: Lynn Baldwin-Marr of Cecilia,
One brother: Brian Gordon Baldwin of Scottsville,
Four nephews,
And several other close family and friends.

David Vernon “Doc” Hughes, 56

Mr. David Vernon “Doc” Hughes of Campbellsville was born in Taylor County on March 11, 1958 and departed this life on February 28, 2015 at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville. He was 56 years, 11 months, and 17 days of age. Mr. Hughes – or Doc, as he was better known – was a well-respected mechanic, and would often diagnose engine complications by ear before anyone else would even notice a problem. Although a man of few words, he made it obvious he loved his family, and was extremely proud of the lives they led. He professed faith in Christ, and was a member of the Cane Valley Baptist Church.

He leaves to cherish his memory:
One son: David Ray Hughes and wife Shannon of Campbellsville,
One daughter: Patricia Ann Boyd and husband Shane of Hustonville,
Four grandchildren: Chance Hovious, David Allen Hughes, Triston Boyd, and Allison Elizabeth Boyd,
Six siblings: Billy Price and wife Diane of Campbellsville, Evelyn Dile and husband Kenny of Greensburg, Shirley Perkins of Campbellsville, Linda Rooker of Campbellsville, Kathy Hughes of Indiana, Travis Hughes of Campbellsville, and several Burchett step-siblings,
And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Vernon Ray Hughes and Elizabeth May Price Hughes Burchett, and two brothers, Colman Price and Marvin Price.
