Alani Adina Renee Winter, the infant daughter of Madison Lasker and Aryn Winter of Campbellsville, entered and departed this world on Monday, May 8, 2023 in Campbellsville.

Besides her parents she is survived by her grandmothers: Ila Shelbourne and Melissa Mattingly, Grandfathers: Adam Lasker and Phillip Richmond. Great-grandmothers: Rebecca Thurman and Janice Marie Tudor. One Aunt Robbie Casey. Uncles: Corey Fields, Tavon Robertson and James Mack. Great Aunt and Uncle: Stacy Parnell and Thomas Shelbourne.

She was preceded in death by one Uncle: Michael Winter.

Barbara Baldwin

Barbara Baldwin of Campbellsville, KY, the daughter of the late Paul Gordon Thompson and Elizabeth Hash Thompson, was born January 24, 1935 in Louisville, KY and departed this life on Friday, May 5, 2023 in Campbellsville. She was 88 years of age.

She had professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Campbellsville Baptist Church and had also attended The Rock Church. She had been employed in sales and as a management consultant.

She is survived by one daughter: Cheryl Lynn Baldwin Marr and husband H.W.

Three grandchildren: Jason Baldwin, Clint Rodgers and Brandon Baldwin

One brother: Gary Thompson.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two sons: Brian Baldwin and Robin Baldwin. Two sisters and one brother: Pamela Larimore, Beulah Avon “Booty” Michael, and James Gordon Thompson. One grandson: Christopher Robin “Buzz” Rodgers and her ex-husband Harold Baldwin.

There will be a funeral service for Barbara Baldwin on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at L.R. Petty Funeral Home Chapel, 1765 New Columbia Rd. Campbellsville, KY with burial to follow in Green River Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family requests visitation on Saturday, May 13, 2023 from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. at the L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville.

Timothy “Tim” Whiteside

Timothy “Tim” Whiteside of Campbellsville, KY, the son of the late Wayne Peacock and Beverly Zander Beck, was born April 20, 1962 in Moline, IL and departed this life on Sunday May 7, 2023 at Norton Healthcare in Louisville. He was 61 years of age.

He had professed faith in Christ and was the Christian faith. He was a former manager at AutoZone and was currently the Production Manager and guitar tech for the music artist Jackson Heights. He enjoyed music, guitars, building guitars and ice hockey.

He is survived by his mother Beverly Zander Beck Whiteside and husband Robert of Texas, Six children: Marissa Whiteside, Grace Jackson and husband Chris, Eli Whiteside, “Little Tim” Whiteside, Emma Whiteside, and Moriya Whiteside, Two brothers and three sisters: Jason, Robert, Lana, Lisa, and Lorie.

He is also survived by his fiancé: Kathy Jessie of Campbellsville along with a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father: Wayne Peacock.

Mrs. Josephine (Read) Osborne of Campbellsville passed from this life on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at the Greenhill Nursing and Rehab facility. Born on April 20, 1957 in Taylor County to the late Joe Benton and Nora (Crews) Read, she was 66 years of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a faithful member of South Campbellsville Baptist Church. She was a God-fearing woman with a charitable and loving heart. She was a former employee of Wishy Washy Laundromat and was an inhome babysitter.

She leaves to cherish her memory:

Four siblings: John H. Read and wife Sharon, Edna Read, Deloris Jeffries, and Eveline Read,

Her caregiver: Annie Rakes and children: Landon Rakes, Keely Rakes, Ayden Andrew, and Mariska Rakes,

And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Osborne was the wife of Mr. Albert Wesley Osborne, who preceded her in death on March 7, 2015.

There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Osborne on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 12:00 PM EDT (11:00 AM CDT) in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville. Bro. John Nguyen will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Lebanon National Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, Apr. 25, after 10:00 AM EDT (9:00 AM CDT) until time for the service.

Wilburn Wade Hunter, 80

  Wilburn Wade Hunter of Campbellsville, the son of the late Jim and Antha Mae (Napier) Hunter, was born March 27, 1943 in Wayne County, KY and departed this life on Thursday, April 20, 2023 in Campbellsville at the Taylor Regional Hospital. He was 80 years of age.

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the New Life Church of God of Holiness in Campbellsville and was a former railroad worker and a funeral home assistant.

He enjoyed fishing, floral designing, landscaping and being outdoors.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers: Sterling, Danny and James Hunter.

Survivors include his wife: Sarah (Penick) Hunter of Campbellsville; his children: Wayne Hunter and Bernard Hunter both of Monticello, Vondra Payne and husband Timmy of Bardstown and Jalandra Michelle Mitchell and husband Robert of Nashville.

A brother and five sisters: Cecil Garth, Lena Allen, Mary Garrett, Vida Hunter and Margie Garth all of Monticello, Martha Chaney of Somerset and Dorothy Garth of Lexington; three grandchildren: Lamar Payne and wife Trenae, Andre Payne and Caleb Payne; one expectant great-grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends.

The funeral service for Wilburn Wade Hunter will be Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. in the Sanctuary of the New Life Church of God, 626 E. Broadway in Campbellsville with interment in the Crown Hill Cemetery.

 Officiating will be Bishop William Paul Hardin

 Visitation on Thursday after 11:30 A.M. at the church.
