Rose Wright of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Jessie Walls and Eunice Goff Walls, was born October 30, 1929 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 11:33 P.M.., Friday, October 1, 2021 in Greensburg. Age: 91
She professed her faith in Christ and was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
Rose was a retired switchboard operator for GTE where she served for 41 years.
She united in marriage to Clelland Wright July 29, 1950.
Besides her husband, Clelland Wright of Campbellsville, she is survived by one daughter, Gayle Skaggs and husband, Jerry of Campbellsville; three grandchildren: Adrienne Hash and husband, Griffin of Campbellsville, Scott Davis of Willisburg, and Brandee Flick and husband, Alex of Georgetown, Indiana; four great-grandchildren: Gracyne Hash, Seth Hash, Ivan Flick, and Charlotte Flick; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Rose was also preceded in death by a son, Frankie Wright in infancy, and four brothers: Ernest Lee Walls, Dennis Walls, Lloyd Walls, and Jimmy Walls.

Rosie Brady Roberts of Campbellsville, departed life on Friday October 1, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family at the age of 81. Rosie was the daughter of the late Spencer Brady and Leota Buckman Brady and was born July 21, 1940 in Marion County, Kentucky.
Rosie’s infectious smile and quiet demeanor had a way of lighting up a room. Her sincere concern and love for others always shined through. Rosie had a special way of finding the best of every situation and bringing a peaceful presence wherever she went.
She professed her faith in Christ and was a loyal member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church since the 1960’s.
Rosie took great pride in raising her three beautiful children, but also impacted so many young lives in the community over the years. For several years she kept children in the home before she was a Teacher’s Assistant at Campbellsville Elementary.
While spending time with family and friends she loved playing cards and bowling, but most importantly loved that time to make memories.
She united in marriage with Neil Roberts Jr., September 26, 1964. He preceded her in death February 4, 2007.
Rosie is survived by two children: Brian Roberts and wife, Melissa of Wilson North Carolina and Debbie Roberts of Campbellsville; one grandchild, Sabrina Roberts of Wilson, North Carolina; three brothers and three sisters: B.J. Brady and Jamie Brady of Campbellsville, Donnie Brady of Louisville, Carolyn Hardesty and Kathy Brady of Lebanon, and Joyce Keeling of Louisville; many nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Karen Roberts, one brother and one sister, Tommy Brady and Helen Leake.

Irvin Wright of Campbellsville, son of the late Milton Irvin Wright and Lizzie Sidebottom Wright was born March 30, 1924 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 6:00 A.M., Friday, October 1, 2021 in Greensburg. Age: 97
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.
Irvin was a veteran of World War II having served his country honorably in the United States Army in the Asiatic Pacific Campaign.
He retired from the Kentucky Highway Department after 30 years service and was a farmer and truck driver.
Irvin enjoyed being in the woods hunting for mushrooms and ginseng and visiting and talking with family and friends. He loved his church family and grandchildren.
He united in marriage to Myrtle Edith Curry July 3, 1954. She preceded him in death December 15, 1993. He married Rita Underwood in 1994 and she preceded him in death July 31, 2017.
He is survived by one step-daughter, Terri Richerson and husband, Sam of Campbellsville, one step-son, Mike Warren and wife, Deborah of Atlanta, Georgia; six grandchildren: Tiffany Richerson and partner, Jacob Covin, David Richerson, Kevin Richerson and partner, Lisa Kearnes, Kelly Baldwin and husband, Austin, Casey Warren and Kendall Warren; three great-grandchildren: Presley Covin, Romie Covin and Wesley Baldwin; one half- sister, Brenda Montgomery of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by one half -sister and two half –brothers: Kathryn Farris, Eugene Wright and Harold Wright.

Bradley Hoosier of Campbellsville, son of the late Houston Hoosier and Lottie Ellis Burress Hoosier, was born March 17, 1938 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 9:29 P.M., Thursday, September 30, 2021 in Campbellsville. Age: 83
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Jesus Name Church.
Bradley was a concrete finisher where he worked for many years.
He united in marriage to Ruby Hoosier September 20, 1958 and she preceded him in death May 30, 2012.
He is survived by two grandchildren: Ashley Hoosier and husband, Chase Coffey, and John Bradley Hoosier and girlfriend, Mikayla Honadel of Campbellsville; two great-grandchildren: Laken Hoosier and Waylon Coffey; two sisters: Zelma Lotter and Onie Abell; one sister-in-law, Frances McDonald, and one brother-in-law, William Glover; and Jammie Wheeler and Tammy Stephens whom he considered as his own children; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Bradley was preceded in death by a son, Brian Hoosier, and four brothers and three sisters: Coakley Hoosier, Willie Hoosier, Elmer Hoosier, Jackie Hoosier, Nellie Goode, Heattie McDonald, and Wilma Dean Karnes.

Glendal “Buddy” Loy of Campbellsville, son of the late Anthus Loy, Jr. and Audra Hovious Loy, was born March 22, 1942, in Adair County, Kentucky. He died at 7:55 P.M., Sunday, September 26, 2021 in Campbellsville. Age: 79
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Robinson Creek Baptist Church.
He served his country honorably in the United States Army and was a veteran of the Vietnam War.
Buddy was a retired game warden with the Department of Fish Wildlife and a former employee of Taylor County Middle School and Emerald Isle Marina. He had also been patrolman for the Metro and Campbellsville Police Departments.
He loved fishing and hunting and was especially good at shooting a rifle. Hobbies also included bowling, singing, mowing and gardening and anything that was done outdoors. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandbabies and family.
He united in marriage to Deloris Barnett December 19, 1964.
Besides his wife, Deloris Loy of Campbellsville, he is survived by two daughters: Donna Michelle Cave and Beth Cochran and husband, Scot of Campbellsville; former son-in-law, Leslie Cave of Campbellsville; four grandchildren: Katie Wise and husband, Michael, Amber Cave, Tori Baker and husband, Tony and Emili Cochran of Campbellsville; one brother and three sisters: Rev. Larry Loy and wife, Darlene, Ina Rooker and husband, Roger and Betty Brockman and husband, Rev. Lawrence of Campbellsville and Juanita Antle and husband, Dean of Columbia; two sisters-in-law, Brenda Loy of Bowling Green and Linda Grimes and husband, Tommy of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by a brother, Rev. James Loy.
