Richard T. Page of Campbellsville, son of the late Johnie M. Page and Nettie Karnes Page, was born January 8, 1932 in Taylor County. He died at 8:55 A.M., Saturday, September 14, 2024 in Campbellsville. Age: 92
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Spurlington Methodist Church.
Richard served his country honorably in the United States Army.
He was a retired employee of GE.
He united in marriage to Brenda Wise November 24, 1965.
Besides his wife, Brenda Page of Campbellsville, he is survived by one son and one daughter: Richard Allan Page and wife, Marcie Lynn of Campbellsville, and Linda Rigdon and husband, Bill of Campbellsville; five grandchildren: Morgan Page Hutchinson and husband, Aaron, Kelley Rigdon Reynolds and husband, Tyler, Logan Page and wife, Kiley of Paducah and Wil Rigdon and fiancé, Kaitlyn Dadisman of Campbellsville, and Madison Page Castello and husband, Noah of Mt. Washington, and; five great-grandchildren: Emma Kate Hutchinson, Harper Grace Hutchinson, Rhett Reynolds, Talia Jo Castello, and Oliver Thomas Page; one sister, Mayme Gilbert; his beloved dog, Trooper; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Richard was also preceded in death by a sister, Naomi Benningfield.

Brenda Gupton Allen of Campbellsville, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, September 7, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on April 13, 1943 to the late Gertrude Grant and Ossian Crawley Gupton. Age: 81
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of St. Mark Methodist Church. She was in the Emilene Milby Circle and held many positions in the other local and district boards of the United Methodist Women.
Brenda started her work career humbly as a Supervisor at Big K. Honing her skills and work ethic early on, she would continue to work for other businesses in Taylor County including Ingersoll-Rand and Cox’s Cabinets before becoming a central and instrumental community member for Campbellsville.
Brenda served as the City Clerk for four years and then became the first female Mayor of Campbellsville. She served three terms as Mayor and took great pride in the community that she loved dearly.
Her many accomplishments in her prestigious life included: Executive Director of the Healing Place for two years, Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services for four years which was appointed by the Governor, Campbellsville Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year in 2011, Office Assistant of the President of Campbellsville University for four years, Honorable Kentucky Colonel, a member of the Emmaus Community and chosen as the Business and Professional Women Club Woman of the year in 1985, 1992, and 2002.
Brenda is survived by her loving husband, Ronnie Allen of Campbellsville; three sons and daughters-in-law whom she loved dearly and was very proud of: Bryan and Linda Allen of Jefferson, Georgia, Jon and Marcia Allen of Campbellsville, and Brent and Kym Allen of Evans, Georgia; five grandchildren whom she cherished dearly and was known to them as Grambie: Caleigh Allen, Ciara and Nick Bagnasco, Lance Allen, AJ Allen, and Brynna Allen.
Brenda was also preceded in death by one brother and three sisters: Bobby Ray Gupton, Georgia Beard, Arbell Hall, and Lola Mae Gupton in infancy.

Bob Clark of Campbellsville, son of the late Robert Samuel Clark, Sr., and Lillian Bruner Clark, was born on November 30, 1953 in Shelbyville, Kentucky. He died at 7:30 A.M., Monday, September 9, 2024 in Campbellsville. Age: 70
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Elk Horn Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon and Sunday School teacher for many years. Bob was also a Steeple Fabricator for several companies and Vice Chairman on the Taylor County School Board.
He united in marriage to Mary Quisenberry September 3, 1993.
Besides his wife, Mary Clark of Campbellsville, Bob is survived by one son and two daughters: Robert Clark, III, and Kristen Ann Walters and husband, Tom of Campbellsville, and Kelly Marie Barnett and husband, Randy of Rineyville; six grandchildren,: Austin Seaborne and wife, Sarah, Harley Harkness and husband, Jake, Jake Walters and wife, Ciera, Chandler Walters, Neveah Clark, and Raelyn Clark; four great-grandchildren: Maisyn Harkness, Merle Harkness, Audrey Seaborne, and Myles Walters; three sisters: Renee Kessler and husband, Marc of Greensburg, Beverly Manley and husband, Gerald of Waddy, and Sandra Blanton and husband, Larry of Paoli, Indiana; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Doug Williams, son of Louise Pierce Manasco and the late Kenneth Williams, was born on May 31, 1955 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 2:36 P.M., Friday, September 6, 2024 in Elizabethtown. Age: 69
Doug professed faith in Christ, was a faithful committed Christian and a member of Levelwoods Methodist Church.
He served his country honorably in the United States Army.
He was a shipping and receiving employee with Quality Service Installation.
He united in marriage to Julie Bergstrom July 25, 1981.
Doug was a loving husband and father and enjoyed fishing with his grandchildren and great-granddaughter.
Besides his wife, Julie Williams of Campbellsville, Doug is survived by one daughter, Heather Duckworth of Evansdale, Iowa; four grandchildren: Zach Duckworth, Cody Duckworth and Casey Duckworth and wife, Kari of Waterloo, Iowa and Alyssa Duckworth of Evansdale, Iowa; one great-granddaughter, Charleigh Duckworth of Waterloo, Iowa; his mother, Louise Manasco of Campbellsville; three brothers and three sisters: Steve Williams and wife, Sherri of Greensburg, Jeff Williams and wife, Dawn of Little Rock, Arkansas, Greg Williams and wife, Lisa and Jackie Pieper of Davenport, Iowa, Debbie Murphy and husband, Dale of Elizabethtown and Kathy Schmacht of Ulah, Illinois; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Edna Read daughter of the late Joseph Bentley Read and Nora Crews Read, was born on April 4, 1946 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 11:50 A.M., Wednesday, September 4, 2024 in Campbellsville.
Edna professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist Faith.
She was a self employed in home caregiver.
She is survived by one brother and one sister: John Read and wife, Sharon and Evalene Read of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by her siblings: Larry Read, Delores Jeffries, Josie Osborne, Linda Smith, Robert Read, Rosaline Read, Catherine Read, Norma Jean Read, Harry Read and Benny Read and three half-brothers: Joe Read, Glenn Read and Zeke Sapp.
