Jesse R. Welch of Campbellsville, son of the late Lamuel David Welch and Juanita Morgan King Skinner, was born June 25, 1946, in Oak Ridge Township, North Carolina. He died at 6:27 P.M., Sunday, June 23, 2019 in Campbellsville. Age: 72
He professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith.
He was a veteran of the Vietnam War having served three tours of duty in the United States Army. He received several Service, Campaign and Counteroffensive Medals, as well as three Bronze Stars and other Armed Forces Medals.
Jesse was a retired over the road truck driver, having driven for thirty-five years and most recently, with CTI based out of Indiana..
He enjoyed motorcycles, whether it be cleaning, riding or showing them and won “Best of Show” at several events. He also loved reading western books, watching his horses and enjoyed a good barbecue.
He united in marriage to Joyce Wright August 25, 2000.
Besides his wife, Joyce Welch, of Campbellsville, he is survived by one son, Johnny Welch of Conroe, Texas; two step-daughters: Autumn Lisby of Campbellsville and Robbi Lou Murphy of Conroe, Texas; two step-sons: Steven Lisby of Indianapolis, Indiana and J. R. Lisby of Shelbyville, Indiana; two granddaughters: Alyssa Welch and Kaylee Welch of Conroe, Texas; several step-grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one brother, John Jay Welch and wife, Carol of Savannah, Georgia; three puppies: Wallie, Cheyenne and Rowdy; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Cameron Lee Shuffett of Campbellsville, son of the late Ronnie Shuffett and Judy Thompson Shuffett, was born March 25, 1977, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 4:10 A.M., Wednesday, June 19, 2019 in Campbellsville. Age: 42
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Elk Horn Baptist Church.
Cameron was an associate of Amazon in Campbellsville.
He united in marriage to Stacy Price April 12, 2003.
Besides his wife, Stacy Shuffett of Campbellsville, he is survived by one brother and sister-in-law, Scott and Christy Shuffett of Georgetown; his father-in-law and mother-in-law: Terry and Shelia Price of Campbellsville; one brother-in-law, B. J. Price and wife, Holly of Campbellsville; one niece and two nephews: Katie Shuffett of Georgetown and Kaden Price and Kodie Price of Campbellsville and many other relatives and friends.

Roger Corbin of Campbellsville, son of Martha Rainwater Corbin and the late Bradley E. Corbin, was born August 15, 1960 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 11:55 P.M., Wednesday, June 12, 2019 in Campbellsville. Age: 58
He professed faith in Christ and attended Mt. Roberts Baptist Church.
Roger was a farmer who loved both his dairy and beef cattle and also enjoyed being on his John Deere while working on the farm. Other past times included hunting and visiting friends and family.
He is survived by one daughter, Josie Embry of Buffalo; his mother, Martha Corbin of Campbellsville; one brother, David Corbin and wife, Janice of Campbellsville; three nieces: Ashley Corbin Wise and husband, Nathan of Campbellsville, Brittany Corbin Tackett and Husband, Derek of Scottsville and Jenna Corbin and husband, Ayla Tlais of Bowling Green; two great-nieces: Sadie Wise and Katie Wise;
his beloved dog, Gizmo and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by his beloved dog, Bowbow.

William E. “Eddie” Bright of Elk Horn, son of the late W. C. Bright and Gladys Marie Grant Bright, was born January 15, 1958 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 4:28 A.M., Wednesday, June 12, 2019 in Campbellsville. Age: 61
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Mt. Zion Church of God.
He served his country honorably in the United States Army.
Eddie was an employee of Murakami Manufacturing.
He united in marriage to Brenda Mings April 7, 1978.
He loved fishing and hunting and was an avid bowler. He also enjoyed watching stock car racing.
Besides his wife, Brenda Bright of Elk Horn, he is survived by one son and one daughter: Jay Bright and wife, Stephanie Ann and Samantha Breanne Bright of Elk Horn;
five grandchildren: Shania Renee Bright, Chloe Jade Bright, Isabella Marie Bright, Thomas Gunnar Cave and Dayton Lynn Ivie; one brother and two sisters: Clifton Bright and wife, Tina of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Beth Wood and husband, Curtis of Elk Horn and Melody Tucker and the late Rocky Tucker of Columbia; several aunts, nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
William was also preceded in death by a brother, Mitchell Bright June 14, 2011.

Marcia Beard of Glasgow, formerly of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Garland B. Rose and Naomi Mardis Rose, was born September 30, 1936 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 4:00 P.M., Monday, June 10, 2019 in Glasgow. Age: 82
She professed faith in Christ and attended First United Methodist Church of Glasgow and the Growing Christians Class at the church.
In her younger days she enjoyed golfing and playing cards with her friends. She dearly loved her family and her little dog, Georgie.
She united in marriage to Alvin L. Beard June 15, 1956 and he preceded her in death March 18, 1986.
She is survived by one son and one daughter: Dr. Craig Beard and wife, Kathy of Bowling Green and Candy Wethington and husband Chris of Glasgow; daughter-in-law, Mindy Montano and husband, Tony of Louisville; four grandchildren: Jeremy Lewis Beard of Louisville, Taylor Wethington of Glasgow, Will Beard and wife, Abby and Katie Beard of Bowling Green; four great-grandchildren: Landon Beard, Madelyn Beard, Autumn Beard and Bryce Beard of Louisville; a sister-in-law, Jane Rose of Lexington; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Mickey Beard; one grandson, Jordan Scott Beard; a brother, Danny Rose, her former husband, Doris Newton and her best friend, Wilma Bryant.
