Florine Pierce Caulk of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Thomas Louis Pierce and Ada Hash Pierce, was born August 7, 1930 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 9:26 A.M., Monday, June 10, 2019 in Columbia. Age: 88
She professed faith in Christ and was of the Methodist faith.
She united in marriage to Gerald Caulk September 25, 1965 in Gainesboro, Tennessee.
Florine was a homemaker who loved to improve and flip homes and work in the yard.
Besides her husband, Gerald Caulk of Campbellsville, she is survived by two daughters: Loretta Miller Rainwater of Columbia and Deborah Miller Mershon and husband, Walter of Ft. Thomas; one step-daughter, Betty Alice Billiot and husband, Bob of Campbellsville; five grandchildren: Bethany Walker of Los Angeles, California, Jonathan Ryan Walker of Georgetown, Indiana, Justin Tyler Mershon and wife, Molly of Louisville, Walter Andrew Mershon of Lexington and Miranda Lynn Rainwater of Knifley; eight great-grandchildren: Karolee Dawn Carter of Cincinnati, Ohio, Madison Mershon of Louisville, Brantley Rainwater, Brayden Rainwater, Braylee Rainwater, Slayton Conley and Axtyn Burriss and Asher Burriss of Knifley; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Gerald Shawn Caulk; one grandson, David Shannon Rainwater and four brothers and one sister: Charles Reesor Pierce, Willis Pierce, Buckner Pierce, Omer Pierce and Mattie Walters.

Virginia Gardner Crabb, 98 of Campbellsville, passed away Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Sunrise Manor Nursing Facility in Hodgenville, Kentucky.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Cyrus Skaggs and Aubrey Crabb; parents, Virgil and Cola Gardner; brothers: Lester, Gilbert and James Gardner, and sister, Winifred Yarbrough.
Survivors include two sisters: Vivian Sherrard and Doris (Bill) Haselwood of Hodgeville; step-daughter, Judy Chaney; two step-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Cremation was chosen.

Barbara Ann Daffron Wright of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Claude Price Daffron and Lucy Pauline Crouch Daffron, was born March 9, 1943 in Wayne County, Kentucky. She died at 4:18 P.M., Saturday, June 8, 2019 in Louisville. Age: 76
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Zion Separate Baptist Church.
Barbara was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and sister.
She united in marriage to Wilburn Wright January 31, 1959 and he preceded her in death June 11, 2010.
She is survived by one son, Gary Wright and wife, Lisa of Campbellsville; two grandchildren: Chris Wright and wife, Sara of Greensburg and Kimberly Wright Janes of Campbellsville: two great grand-daughters: Emma Kate Janes and Myla Brooke Janes of Campbellsville; three sisters: Betty Jean McCubbin, Lytha Noel and Mary McMahan and husband, Jerry all of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters: Tommy Daffron, Phillip Daffron, Claude Jr. Daffron, Neva Greer, Marie Edelen and Eva Spurling.

Nellie Bland Campbell of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Clarence Bland and Mary Catherine “Katie” Claycomb Bland, was born May 21, 1928 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 9:30 P.M., Wednesday, June 5, 2019 in Campbellsville. Age: 91
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church where she sang in the choir, taught children and youth Sunday School classes and was a member of the Women’s Missionary Group. She also was a former member of the Walnut Grove Homemakers and enjoyed her Bunko Group. Nellie was truly a homemaker; she hand quilted hundreds of beautifully detailed quilts of all sizes, spent many hours making wedding and prom dresses and suits for her family and window dressing for others. She also enjoyed gardening and canning.
She united in marriage to James Harvey Campbell June 15, 1947 and he preceded her in death December 14, 1984.
She is survived by one son and one daughter: Steve Campbell and wife, Sue and Brenda Parsons of Campbellsville; four grandchildren: Brandon Parsons and wife, Miranda of Campbellsville, Tyler Parsons and wife, Beth of Bowling Green, Shana Hamblin and husband, Mike of Campbellsville and Sondra Burress and her friend, Chad Gribbins and his two daughters, Haley Gribbins and Makenzie Gribbins of Campbellsville; ten great-grandchildren: Chloe Elizabeth Parsons, Caden Tyler Parsons, David Campbell Parsons, Jilly Burress, Lilly Burress, Lukas Burress, Hayley Burress, Rebekah Campbell Bolin, Ayden Hamblin and Jacob Hamblin; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters: Harry Bland, James Bland, Robert Bland, Elizabeth Neal and Mary Absher and a son-in-law, David Parsons.

William “Bill” Blount of Campbellsville, son of the late LeRoy Joseph Blount and Ruth Lillian Hartley Blount, was born June 17, 1938, in Chicago, Illinois. He died at 3:19 P.M., Monday, June 3, 2019 in Elizabethtown. Age: 80
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Bill was a retired employee of Parker Kalon.
He was a gentle, happy person, always singing and whistling. He was known as “Uncle Bill” to many a young person and willing to try and help them any way he could. His hobbies included drawing, painting, cooking, baking, going out to eat and raising birds.
He united in marriage to Cheryl Davis March 8, 1981.
Besides his wife, Cheryl Davis Blount of Campbellsville, he is survived by one daughter, Kelly DiManche of Houston, Texas; two brothers: Leroy Blount of Morocco, Indiana and David Blount and wife, Cynthia of LaPorte, Indiana; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Bill was also preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters: Robert Blount, Daniel Blount, Jess Blount, Ruth Osborne and Patty Napier.
