Rachel Blankenship of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Ellis DeWitt and Mable Carter DeWitt, was born March 30, 1943, in Green County, Kentucky. She died at 4:53 P.M., Wednesday, May 11, 2016 in Elizabethtown. Age 73
She was a retired employee of Taylor Regional Hospital.
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of South Campbellsville Baptist Church.
She united in marriage to Billy Gene Blankenship December 6, 1958. He preceded her in death January 13, 2015.
She is survived by one son and two daughters: Michael Blankenship and wife, Glenda of Bowling Green, Debbie Foley and husband, Ronnie of Summersville and Chasity Lococo and husband, Dave of Louisville; four grandchildren: Brandie Young and husband, Clint of Bowling Green, Megan Blankenship of Louisville, Vincent Lococo and Anna Lococo of Louisville; two great-grandchildren: Nicole Young and Brandon Young; one brother, Grady DeWitt of Summersville; two step-brothers: William B. Moran of Campbellsville and Dennis Moran of Chicago, Illinois; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Teena Ellen Allen of Foley, Alabama, formerly of Campbellsville, daughter of Jean Saretta Shepherd Lentz and the late Willie Vernon Hoosier, was born September 14, 1965, in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 4:40 P.M., Friday, May 6, 2016 in Pensacola, Florida. Age: 50
She was a former teacher’s aid at Taylor County Elementary School.
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of St. Andrew United Methodist Church.
She united in marriage to Mark Allen July 23, 1983.
Besides her husband, Mark Allen of Foley, Alabama, she is survived by two daughters and one son: Emily Cook and husband, Kelby of Bowling Green, Hannah Allen of Jay, Florida, Joshua Allen of Foley, Alabama; one granddaughter, Sadie Grace Allen; her mother, Jean Saretta Lentz of Campbellsville; one sister, Leetta Dial and husband, Billy of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Juanita Hulett Collette of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Jasper Hulett and Augusta Hammons Hulett, was born May 28, 1919 in Garrard County, Kentucky. She died at 5:45A.M., Friday, May 6, 2016 in Hodgenville. Age: 96
She was a retired secretary for Coppock’s Feed.
She professed faith in Christ and attended Southside Christian Church and Campbellsville Christian Church.
She united in marriage to Ewell H. Collette April 27, 1940. He preceded her in death May 19, 1984.
She is survived by three cousins: John Jackson, of Richmond, Kentucky, Douglas Jackson of Waco, Kentucky and Carol Perry of Monroe, Michigan; two nieces: Sandra Lear and husband, James and Mrs. Hollis Doolin and husband, Wayne of Lancaster; one nephew, Howard Collette and wife, Fonda of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; three special caretakers: Kaye Smith and husband, Mike of Hodgenville, Nina Lobb and Madonna Ebisuya of Campbellsville; and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Jimmie Collette July 28, 1999; a granddaughter, Jinger Collette March 20, 2010; two brothers: J. H. Hulett and Homer James Hulett and a cousin, Irene Beasecker.

She professed faith in Christ and was of the Holiness Church.
She united in marriage to James E. DeWitt January 26, 1946 and he preceded her in death November 29, 1992.
She is survived by one son, James Richard DeWitt and special friend, Betty Scott of Campbellsville; three granddaughters: Jackie Ada DeWitt Pandeya and husband, Virag of Munfordville, Josie Rose DeWitt Johnson and husband, Zachery, of Greensburg and Janie Shannon Pike and husband, Roger of Campbellsville; five great-grandchildren: Katie Lobb, Todd Pike, Jordan Wright, Landon Pike and Amar Pandeya; two great-great-grandchildren: Dawson Lobb and Dalton Pike; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by five brothers and five sisters: Sherman Mann, Bill Mann, Keenis Mann, Gobel Mann, Joseph Mann, Safronie Mann, Cindy Coaliron, Julie Mosley, Rainy Mosley and Laurie Conley.

Joshua Kyle Eastridge of Louisville, son of Ronnie Eastridge and Darlene Romine Eastridge, was born October 31, 1980 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at
8:10 P.M., Wednesday, April 27, 2016 in Lexington. Age: 35
He professed faith in Christ at age 12 and was a member of First United Methodist Church in Campbellsville.
He worked in the health care industry.
Besides his parents, Ronnie and Dr. Darlene Eastridge of Campbellsville, he is survived by one sister, Dana Clements-Milby of Smyrna, Tennessee; one nephew, Brennan Mattingly of Greensburg; his beloved dog, Pepper; several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Bob and Vaniel Romine and paternal grandparents Coy and Opal Eastridge.
