Lewis H. Gupton of Campbellsville, son of the late Robert Gupton and Sally Sanders Gupton, was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, May 17, 1927. He died at 5:40 P.M., Sunday, December 29, 2013, in Radcliff. Age: 86
He professed faith in Christ and attended God’s Grace Church.
He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict having served his country honorably in the United States Army.
He was a retired farmer and construction worker and former employee of Bourbon Cooperage and Fruit of the Loom and had served as a Campbellsville Police Officer and Taylor County Sheriff’s Deputy.
He united in marriage to Marie Barnes November 12, 1949.
Besides his wife, Marie Gupton of Campbellsville, he is survived by three sons: Ronnie Gupton and wife, Lisa of Campbellsville, Larry Gupton and wife, Edna of Brandenburg, and Jerry Gupton of Miamisburg, Ohio; seven grandchildren: Michelle Tucker, Brandon Gupton, Jade Sanders and Darren Gupton of Campbellsville, Jason Gupton of Springboro, Ohio, Sarah Nottingham of Indianapolis, Indiana and Lindsey Sailor of Franklin, Indiana; seven great-grandchildren; three brothers and one sister and their spouses: George and Carolyn Gupton, Bill and Lena Gupton and Laverne and Dennis Crawley Jr. of Campbellsville and Lawrence and Audrey Gupton of Greensburg; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by four brothers and one sister: Richard Sweeney, Bob Gupton, Tom Gupton, Charlie Gupton and Opal Beyl.

Dr. Bobbie Jean Hall of Campbellsville, daughter of Rev. Gene Hall and Christine Deener Hall was born September 11, 1955, in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 8:50 P.M., Saturday, December 28, 2013 in Campbellsville. Age: 58
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Church.
She was a graduate of the University Of Louisville School Of Medicine and had practiced as a pediatrician specializing in allergies and asthma.
She united in marriage to Donald Weeks November 18, 1989.
Besides her husband, Donald Weeks of Campbellsville, she is survived by her parents, Rev. Gene and Christine Hall of Campbellsville, one brother and sister-in-law, David and Donna Hall of Campbellsville, a sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Catherine Ann and Ron Heintzlman of Auburndale, Florida; two nieces, Chloe Hall and Kristin Heintzlman and her grandmother, Eva Deener of Campbellsville and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Stephen Dean Hall December 4, 1964.

Chris Gray of Campbellsville, son of Ruth Jones Gray and the late Joe Gray, Jr., was born in Jefferson County, Kentucky, May 21, 1962. He died at 3:00 A.M., Sunday, December 22, 2013, in Nelson County. Age: 51
He was an employee of TG Kentucky in Lebanon.

Sue Lloyd Phillips, of Hodgenville, daughter of the late Stuart Fowler and Grace Milby Fowler, was born in Meade County, Kentucky. She died at 11:18 A.M., Tuesday, December 17, 2013 in Elizabethtown. Age: 76
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Buffalo Church of the Nazarene.
She united in marriage to Gary Lee Lloyd March 23, 1957. He preceded her in death January 23, 1982.
She united in marriage to Wesley Phillips December 28, 1985. He preceded her in death July 20, 2011.
She is survived by two daughters: Faye Johnson and husband, Murray of Gallatin, Tennessee and Hope L. Cox and husband, Michael L. of Vine Grove; three brothers and one sister: Charles Fowler and wife, Nina of Brandenburg, David Fowler and wife, Carolyn of Woodburn, Oregon, Robert Fowler and wife, Corene of Magnolia and Nettie Grace Carmack of Hardinsburg; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers and one sister: James Fowler, Joseph Fowler and Rose Hurlstone.

Peter Arnett of Campbellsville, son of the late Joseph Arnett and Lily Parsons Arnett, was born in Coventry, England, June 25, 1933. He died at 2:50 P.M., Tuesday, December 17, 2013, in Louisville. Age: 80
He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.
He served his country honorably in the British Navy.
He was a retired employee of Brown & Williamson Tobacco Company.
He is survived by two daughters: Kim Harris of Ekron and Lynn Schagene and husband, Robert of Brooks; two grandchildren: Justin Hartlage and Devan Marie Harris of Brandenburg; two great-grandchildren: Jazzmyn Hartlage and Justin Hartlage Jr.; two sisters: Ann Dunaj and husband, Stanley of Miami, Florida and Mary Jones of Canada; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by one son, Gregory Scott Arnett September 16, 2002 and one grandson, Mark Hartlage January 2005.
