Elijah Greyson Eisenback of Campbellsville, infant son of Dana Eisenback, was born in Louisville, Kentucky, August 20, 2013. He died at 9:00 A.M., Wednesday, November 6, 2013 in Campbellsville. Age: 2 months
He is survived by his mother, Dana Eisenback of Campbellsville; brother: Ty Eisenback; grandmother, Sherrie Carter; great-grandfather and great-grandmother: Henry Foreman and Flora Eisenback; several aunts and uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Damon Eisenback.

Emma Lee Caulk of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Eldridge B. O’Banion and Clara Esther Sullivan O’Banion, was born September 14, 1930, in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 5:10 A.M., Tuesday, November 5, 2013 in Campbellsville.
Age: 83
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Palestine Baptist Church.
She was a retired Nursing Assistant at Metzmeier Nursing Home.
She united in marriage to Harold Caulk on October 28, 1950.
Besides her husband, Harold Caulk of Campbellsville, she is survived by three sons: Marshall Caulk and Darrell T. Caulk and wife, Monique of Campbellsville and James Lester Caulk and wife, Janet of Knoxville, Tennessee; twelve grandchildren: Kevin Caulk and wife, Deanna, Jason Caulk and wife, Jennifer K., Jeremy Caulk and wife, Sherri, Andrea Caulk , Angie Russell, Jaelyn Richerson, Caleb Davis and Chelsea Davis of Campbellsville, Jacob Caulk of Bowling Green, Jennifer Ann Caulk of Louisville, Amanda Castle of Lexington and Karyn Spalding and husband, Stacy of Springfield; nine great-grandchildren; one sister, Allyene Underwood of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Lois Caulk in October of 1959 and three brothers and six sisters: Paul O’Banion, Bill O’Banion, James Vernon O’Banion, Cleo Gabehart Black, Catherine Gabehart, Pauline Smith, Elizabeth Allen, Ruth O’Banion and a sister in infancy.

LaRita Nueman of Campbellsville, daughter of June Cutler Hansen and the late D. E. Hansen, was born June 15, 1955, in Cedar Falls, Iowa. She died at 9:25 A.M., Wednesday, October 30, 2013 in Campbellsville. Age: 58
She is survived by two daughters: Shannon Hansen of Campbellsville and Kari Nueman of Lexington; four grandchildren: Haley Hansen, Shayla Hansen, Kristen Hansen and Dasha Nueman; her mother, June Cutler Hansen of Campbellsville; two sisters: Linnette Atwood and husband, Brent of Liberty and Tonya Stapleton and husband, Daniel of Columbia; her companion, David Smothers of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Walter Edwin “Jack” Pike of Campbellsville, son of the late James W. Pike and Mary E. Viers Pike, was born December 10, 1924, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 12:45 P.M., Tuesday, October 29, 2013 in Campbellsville. Age: 88
He was a veteran of World War II having served his country honorably in the United States Army.
He was a member of the American Legion Edward’s O’Banion Post No. 82 for sixty-eight years.
He was a retired employee of Campbellsville Industries and a farmer.
He united in marriage to Irene Bradshaw November 22, 1984.
Besides his wife, Irene Pike of Campbellsville, he is survived by three daughters and one son: Mary Jo Dudley of Dallas, Texas, Linda Martin and husband, Ervin of Elizabethtown, Ronnie Pike of Humble, Texas and Donna Pike of Baytown, Texas; eleven grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; one sister, Virginia Barnett and husband, Richard of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by three sisters: Barbara Loyall, Audrey Jean Pike and Jewell Eubank and one step-brother and one step-sister: James Leslie and Peggy White.

He was a retired farmer and construction worker.
He united in marriage to Georgia Foley August 24, 1963.
Besides his wife, Georgia Bowen of Campbellsville, he is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Tony Rose of Campbellsville; two grandchildren: Brittany Rose and Wesley Rose of Campbellsville; two sisters: Marjorie Hendrickson and Jean Stanfield of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
