Vera Louise Krznarich, Age 83 of Campbellsville, daughter of the late William McKinley Hash and Mayne Newton Hash, was born March 4, 1939 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 12:20 A.M., Tuesday, October 25, 2022 in Louisville.
She professed faith in Christ in 1948 at Buffalo Baptist Church and was baptized in Buffalo Creek. After living in Ohio for many years, she returned to Taylor County and attended Corinth Baptist Church on Hodgenville Road.
She graduated from Taylor County High School in May, 1957as valedictorian of her class and from the University of Kentucky in 1961 with a degree in Business Education.
She taught five years at Larue County High School, two years at Thomas Jefferson High School in Louisville, and twenty five years as a School Administrator and teacher at Green County Career Center in Xenia, Ohio.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers: Thomas Jefferson Hash, James Thomas Hash, and William Grant Hash; three sisters: June Rose Hash, Maggie Mae Hash Bell, and Nina Cathleen Hash Stiles.
Vera Louise will be greatly missed by her husband of forty three years, Fred Krznarich; three sisters: Mina Hedgespeth, Billie Salsman, and Shirley Underwood; and one brother, Gowdy (Vienise) Hash; three sisters-in-law: Libby Hash, Susie Krznarich, and Gayle Brown; one brother-in-law, Steve “Bud” Krznarich; three step-children: Jeff (Sherry) Krznarich, Mike (Missy) Krznarich, and Stephanie Krznarich; seven step-grandchildren: Bradley, Kati, Kirsten, Alex, Ashley, Haven, and Houston Krznarich; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

James ‘Richard’ Brockman of Campbellsville, son of the late Charles William Brockman and Mary Kathleen Underwood Brockman, was born March 14, 1948 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 1:50 A.M., Monday, October 17, 2022 in Campbellsville. Age: 74
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Elk Horn Baptist Church.
He united in marriage to Wanda J. Curry June 28, 1974.
Richard was a hard worker, having retired as a truck driver, security guard and most recently as a hospitality van driver. He loved his church, gospel singing, bluegrass music and playing in the band with his friends.
He enjoyed driving John Deere tractors in the Campbellsville 4th of July Parade, attending old car shows and watching Andy Griffin. He loved his family deep and unconditionally, spoiled his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and liked to crack jokes with friends and family.
Besides his wife, Wanda J. Brockman of Campbellsville, he is survived by four daughters: Michelle Brockman McMillan, Donna Wilson and husband, Tommie and Vickie Newton and husband, Johnny of Campbellsville and Sharon Gibson and husband, Terry of Hodgenville; ten grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; one brother and one sister: Charles Brockman, Jr. and Mary Ann Veatch and husband, Billy of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Peggy McCubbin Strawder of Campbellsville, daughter of the late James McCubbin and Geneva Williams McCubbin, was born October 25, 1947 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 3:35 A.M., Saturday, October 15, 2022 in Campbellsville. Age: 74
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Temple.
Peggy was a hard worker with a caring heart. She was a nurse for many years, ran a mini-home, fostered medically fragile kids and always had an open door for anyone who needed it. She loved her family fiercely and was a Mawmaw to many.
She united in marriage to Jack Strawder January 26, 1990.
Peggy is survived by her husband, Jack Strawder of Campbellsville; two daughters: Mary Jo Green and husband, Archie and Brooklyn Strawder of Campbellsville; two grandsons: Zac Green and fiancé, Lora of Magnolia and Gage Green of Port Orange, Florida; one great-grandson, Waylynn Green; three brothers and one sister: Randy McCubbin and wife, Janet of Campbellsville, Donna Harlow of Mt. Washington, John McCubbin and wife, Nancy of Indianapolis, Indiana and Greg McCubbin and wife, Debbie of Vera Beach , Florida; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Marie Gupton of Campbellsville, daughter of the late William Barnes and Mattie Harmon Barnes, was born July 23, 1931 in Russell County, Kentucky. She died at 9:43 A.M., Thursday, October 13, 2022 in Campbellsville. Age: 91
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of God’s Grace Church.
She was a retired worker at Fruit of the Loom where she worked for thirty seven years.
Marie was a devoted Christian who read her Bible often. She was a fantastic mother who always had a smile on her face, enjoyed time with all of her family, but most importantly, loved the Lord.
She united in marriage to Lewis H. Gupton November 12, 1949 and he preceded her in death December 29, 2013.
Marie is survived by two sons: Ronnie Gupton and wife, Lisa of Campbellsville and Jerry Gupton and significant other, Linda Moore of Springboro, Ohio; a daughter-in-law, Edna Gupton; nine grandchildren: Jade Sanders and husband, Neil, Brandon Gupton and wife, Amy, and Michelle Tucker and husband, Frank of Campbellsville, Jason Gupton and wife, Laura of Centerville, Ohio, Sarah Nottingham and husband, Mark of Indianapolis, Indiana, Lindsay Saylor and husband, Brad of Scottsdale, Arizona, Charlie Lininger and wife, Kim of Corydon, Indiana, Hannah Rothrock and husband, Ty of Ramsey, Indiana, and Darren Gupton and wife, Beth of Campbellsville; twenty one great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Marie was also preceded in death by a son, Larry Gupton and three brothers and three sisters: Junior Barnes, Clifford Barnes, Aubra Barnes, Oakley Barnes Willis, Audrey Barnes Smith, and Alta Barnes Adams.
