  Neattie Elmas Parker, 80, of Knifley Road Campbellsville, died Friday, February 11, 2011 at Medco Nursing Home.

          She was the daughter of the late Ethley and Lora Ann Overstreet.  She was also preceded in death by her husband Leroy Parker in December of 1989, her brothers, Elba Overstreet, Oval Overstreet, Howard Overstreet, Calvin Overstreet, Thelbert Overstreet, her sisters, Myrtle Perkins, Matrie Overstreet.

          She is survived by one daughter, Kathy Warren of Yuma, three grandchildren, Tammy Polston, Angelia Polston and Jason Warren, eight great grandchildren, Daniel Polston, Adam Polston, Noah Polston, Madison Polston, Jordon Warren, Jaiden Warren ,Jeremiah Warren and Tyler Polston one great great grandchild,  Jacob Polston, one brother, James Overstreet  of Louisville,  one sister, Ruth Overstreet, Casey Creek.

          Funeral services 2PM, Monday, February 14, 2011 at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Robinson Ridge Cemetery.

Raymond Curtis Curry, 62

Raymond Curtis Curry of Campbellsville, son of the late Raymond Curry and Ruth Ann Flanders Curry, was born in Larue County, Kentucky, March 19, 1948. He died at 5:00 A.M., Saturday, February 12, 2011 in Campbellsville. Age: 62

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Robinson Creek Baptist Church.
He was a retired employee of the City of Campbellsville.

He is survived by one son, Ronnie Curry of Grayson, Kentucky; two grandchildren: Ronnie Curry Jr. of Campbellsville and Kieara MacKenzie Judd of Greensburg; two brothers and three sisters: Tom Curry, Gerald Curry and wife Rose, Helen Hare, Wanda Brockman and husband Richard, and Opal Harris and husband Robert of Campbellsville; special friend, Ilena Sherrill of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters: James Curry, Raymond Curry, Jr., Robert Lewis Curry, Thelma Skaggs, and Myrtle Wright.

Charles W. Melton of Campbellsville, son of the late W. D. “Bill” Melton and Hattie Colvin Melton, was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, October 31, 1933.   He died at 7:05 A.M., Monday, January 31, 2011 in Campbellsville.   Age:  77

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Freedom Baptist Church. 

He was a retired cutting room employee with Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.

He united in marriage to Hazel Lois Clark June 14, 1952. 

Besides his wife, Hazel Lois Melton, he is survived by two sons and one daughter:  Chuck Melton and wife, Sharon and Maria Pike and husband, Mark of Campbellsville and Mike Melton and wife, Catherine of Lexington; five grandchildren:  SPC 5 Ronald Melton of Iraq, Steven Melton and Andrew Pike of Campbellsville, Sarah Rexroat and Jacob Melton of Lexington; three great-grandchildren:  Kyla Melton, Koben Melton and Danielle Morris; two sisters:  Gladys Colvin and Mary Aileen Colvin of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Marie Rafferty Carroll.

     Mr.Carl Rich Thompson was born December 30, 1926 in Green County, Kentucky to the late Marvin E. Thompson and Tressie Froggett Thompson.  He departed this life Saturday, January 29, 2011 at his home in Leitchfield, Kentucky, having attained the age of eighty-four years and twenty-nine days.

      He had a made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.  Besides his parents he is preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters:  Wilbert and Wallace Thompson, Florence Wilcoxson and Isabel Jenson.
