          Lark William Wilkerson Jr., age 81, died Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at his residence in Taylor County, after an illness.

 He loved and severed our Country in the US Navy, was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, and retired from Taylor County Hospital.

          Mr. Wilkerson was the son of the late Catherine E Bodong and Lark William Sr. Wilkerson, also preceded in death by three brothers Albert, Theodore and Arthur McKeen, and two sisters Vivian Fluhr and Josephine McKeen.

He is survived by his wife Mary Margaret Clark Wilkerson, one son Billy and wife Cheryl Wilkerson of Glasgow, and four daughters, Katie Wilkerson of Campbellsville, Jenny and husband Stanley Lile of Shady Grove, Theresa Wilkerson of Campbellsville and Angela and husband Juan Solano of Harrodsburg, one sister Jenny Jones of Louisville, and four grandchildren.

          Funeral services conducted at 11:00 AM, Thursday, June 14, 2012 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help with burial to follow in Church Cemetery.

Donald A. Dudgeon of Campbellsville, son of the late Willard “Bud” Dudgeon and Louisa Allen Dudgeon was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, March 13, 1933. He died at 6:27 P.M., Friday, June 8, 2012, in Campbellsville.      Age:   79 He professed faith in Christ and a member of the Meadowview Baptist Church. He served his country honorably in the United States Army. He was a lifelong farmer. He united in marriage to Mary Etta Sapp June 6, 1953. Besides his wife, Mary Etta Dudgeon, he is survived by two daughters and one son: Donna Hayes and husband, David, Henrietta Barnett and husband, Steve and  Allen Dudgeon of Campbellsville; one granddaughter and two grandsons: Dana Hayes Fuller and husband, Ches of Lexington and Drew Allen Hayes and Clay Evan Barnett of Campbellsville; two great-grandchildren: Clara Grace Fuller and Eli Chesley Fuller of Lexington; several other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by one brother, Phillip Sublett Dudgeon II on April 18, 1962.

Jimmie Kendall of Campbellsville, son of the late Willard Ray Kendall and Faith True Phillips Kendall was born in Marion County, Kentucky, June 8, 1944. He died at 12:30 P.M., Friday, June 8, 2012, in Campbellsville.     Age:  68 He professed faith in Christ and a member of the Salem Baptist Church. He was owner and operator of Kendall Equipment and Kendall Angus Farm. He served his country honorably in the United States Army Reserve. He is survived by one daughter and three sons: Shellie Kendall and James Willard Kendall II and wife, Mary of Campbellsville, Lee Allen Kendall and wife, Stacy of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, and William Tylor Kendall of Destin, Florida; eleven grandchildren: Joshua Lee Kendall, Joseph Wallace Kendall, Jonah Ray Kendall, Leah McCall Kendall, Valarie Michelle, Hailey Jett Kendall, Gavin Lee Kendall, Jesse James Kendall, Henry Dalton Nunn, Andrea Brooke Kendall, and Ryder Warren Kendall; six great-grandchildren: Alexis Grace Kendall, Chelsea Ann Kendall, Noah Matthew Kendall, Noah Ray Kendall, Isabella Sue Kendall, and Bentley Gordon Kendall; one sister, Mary Lee Kendall Pickett of Louisville; special friend, Brenda Watson of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. Lewis Henry Bryant, age 73, died Friday, June 8, 2012 at his residence after a long illness.
He is survived by his wife Connie McCubbin Bryant, two sons, Lewis Henry Bryant Jr. and Dewayne Waddell, two daughters Patricia and Dewayne Utah Canada and Stephanie Bryant, all of Campbellsville. Elizabeth Money Coakley

Elizabeth Money Coakley of Campbellsville, daughter of the late James Robert Money and Louettie Miller Money, was born in Green County, Kentucky, July 11, 1915.  She died at 2:30 P.M., Wednesday, June 6, 2012, in Louisville.    Age:  96

She professed faith in Christ and was a faithful and active member of the Beech Grove Baptist Church for over eighty years.

She was the last surviving member of the Taylor County High School Class of 1934.

She was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.

She united in marriage to Paul E. Coakley December 25, 1936.  He preceded her in death June 8, 1993.

She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Sandra Coakley of Frankfort; one brother, Vernon Money of Burkesville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

She was also preceded in death by one sister and two brothers: Altha Lee Sullivan, Morris Money and J.R. Money (in infancy).

Harlan “Buster” Sparks

Harlan “Buster” Sparks of Campbellsville, son of the late W. B. Sparks and Onie C. Hayes Sparks, was born in Adair County, Kentucky, February 19, 1928.  He died at 7:02 A.M., Wednesday, June 6, 2012, in Campbellsville.    Age: 84

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Christian Church.

He was a fifty year member of the Pitman Masonic Lodge No. 124 F & A M.

He was retired from Kentucky Utilities.

He united in marriage to Grace Bailey November 24, 1949.

Besides his wife, Grace Sparks, he is survived by one daughter and one son:  Carol Tucker and husband, Ivan of Campbellsville and David Sparks and wife, Johnnie of Lexington; four grandchildren:  Alison Sparks of Lexington, Kenny Squires and wife, Sabina of Louisiana, Richard Squires and wife, Kristi of North Carolina and Jake Squires of Campbellsville; one brother, Uriel C. Sparks and wife, Linda of Louisville; one sister-in-law, Elizabeth Sparks of Albuquerque, New Mexico; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by one brother and two sisters:  Donald Sparks, Thera Reliford and Enola Davidson.

He is survived by his wife, Goldyna Robinson Fair, two daughters, Della F. McLamb and Ella F. Cagle and her husband Danny, two sons, Dennis M. Fair and his wife Starr and Darrell M. Fair and his wife Meimei all of North Carolina. Two sisters Edna Mills and Roxie F. Nichols and her husband Charles all of Indiana. Twelve grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren also survive.

Leona W. Davis of Campbellsville, daughter of the late George F. Wooley and Nannie Beth Murphy Wooley, was born December 19, 1925 in Marion County, Kentucky. She died at 5:15 A.M., Saturday, June 2, 2012 in Campbellsville.

Age: 86

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Church.

She was a former secretary for the Soil Conservation Service.

She is united in marriage to Paul J. Davis August 4, 1945.

Besides her husband, Paul J. Davis of Campbellsville, she is survived by one sister, Geneva Cox and one sister-in-law, Maxine Wooley of Campbellsville; and her nieces and nephews: Norma Jean Rogers, Ricky Claycomb and wife, Lisa  and Matthew Wooley and wife, Connie of Campbellsville; Denise Wooley and friend, Cathy Rigney of Winchester, Sharon Phillips and husband, Mark of Lexington, Vicki Reesman and husband, Frank of Buffalo, Muriel Ann Parrish and husband, Clyde of Sarasota, Florida and Ronnie Ringer and wife Patsy of North Carolina; several great- nieces and nephews  and many other relatives and friends.

          Charles Harvey O’Rourke Jr., New Albany, Indiana, died Thursday June 31, 2012 at Robert E. Lee Nursing Home in Indiana.

          Mr. O’Rourke was retired from the Indiana Army Ammunition Plant and severed eleven years for our County in the US Army.

          Charles O’Rourke Jr. was the late son of Gladys Gossel and Charles O’Rourke Sr… He was preceded in death by three brothers James O’Rourke, George O’Rourke, and Paul O’Rourke, and one sister Donna Moore.

          He is survived by his wife, Patricia Ann Sallee O’Rourke, three sons Charles O’Rourke III, Michael O’Rourke, both of Charlestown, Ind., and Brian O’Rourke of Carrollton, Ind., one daughter Debra Wolff of Charlestown, Ind.grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, also survive along with one brother and two sisters, Joesph O’Rourke of Lancaster, Ohio, Barbara Cleland of Columbus Ohio, and Nellie Cleland of Lancaster, Ohio.

          Funeral services for Charles O’Rourke, conducted at 10 AM Saturday at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Jones Chapel Cemetery.
