Matthew Thomas Hubbard of Lexington, formerly of Campbellsville, son of Gary Keith Hubbard and Lisa Lee Webb, was born in Fayette County, Kentucky, March 27, 1985. He died Saturday, April 23, 2011 in Lexington. Age: 26
He was an employee of Malone’s Restaurant.
He is survived by father and step-mother, Gary Keith and Mary Beth Hubbard of Lexington; his mother and step-father, Lisa Lee and Donald Lee Webb of Louisville; one half-sister and one half-brother: Kathryn Jordan Hubbard and Joseph Walker Hubbard of Lexington; two step-sisters: Bridgett Renee Zehnder of Louisville and Teffany Dawn Johnson of Mt. Washington; grandmothers: Joyce Hubbard and Frances Lee of Campbellsville; aunts and uncles: Erica Dawn Lee and Lois Kemp of Campbellsville, J. W. Hubbard of Lexington, and Sharon Tepperberg of Cincinnati; and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers: James Walker Hubbard and Charles Lee.

Rebecca Williams of Campbellsville, daughter of the late V. J. Shive and Stella Patton Shive, was born in Cumberland County, Kentucky, February 7, 1924. She died at 6:15 P.M., Sunday, April 24, 2011 in Campbellsville. Age: 87
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Green River Memorial Baptist Church.
She was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.
She united in marriage to James Golden Williams June 8, 1941. He preceded her in death January 12, 1987.
She is survived by one son and two daughters: Richard A. Williams and wife, Linda, Lana Martin and husband, Elwin and Patricia Pierce and husband, Bobby of Campbellsville; four grandchildren: Allen Pierce and wife, Angie and Jennifer Tungate of Campbellsville, Dana Lawrence and husband, Lance and Kimberly Browning and husband, Eric of Lexington; eight great-grandchildren: Amber Natasha Gray, Kristan Beard, Austin Tungate, Shelbie Pierce, Logan Lawrence, Bennie Lawrence, Regan Browning and Ethan Browning; one great-great-grandson: Laityn Gray; one sister, Gertrude Bennett of Louisville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by five brothers and five sisters: Charles Shive, Billy Shive, Bruce Shive, Larry Shive, Donnie Shive, Fern Carr, Maxine Wilkerson, Katherine Rice, Regina Rose and Margie Shaheen.

Betty Pyles of Campbellsville, daughter of Lera Morrison Williams and the late C. M. Williams, was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, April 22, 1942. She died at 11:28 P.M., Saturday, April 23, 2011 in Campbellsville. Age: 69
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Saloma Baptist Church, where she was active with Acteens and WMU. She was a Sunday School teacher, a choir member and member of the Fellowship Team.
She was a registered nurse for Dr. Roy G. Wilson for some twenty-two years and was employed for many years at Metzmeier Nursing Home and The Grandview Nursing & Rehab.
She united in marriage to Preston Pyles September 7, 1963.
Besides her husband, Preston Pyles, she is survived by two sons: David Pyles and wife, Lisa of Mt. Washington and Dean Pyles and wife, MaShonda of Campbellsville; four grandchildren: Tristan Grant Pyles of Danville, Lacee Pyles of Mt. Washington, Gabrielle Pyles and Molly Pyles of Campbellsville; her mother, Lera Williams of Campbellsville; one brother and four sisters: Jerry Williams and wife, Catherine, Eloise Elmore, Anna Williamsand Clara Newton and husband, Ollie of Campbellsville and Cena Hottel of Louisville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by two sisters: Audrey Rhinehart and Nellie Catherine Williams.

Jerry T. Rogers of Campbellsville and Pensacola, Florida, son of the late J. T. Rogers and Catherine Odell Sallee Rogers, was born in Green County, Kentucky, July 27, 1943. He died at 7:40 A.M., Wednesday, April 20, 2011 in Campbellsville. Age: 67
He was a veteran of the Cuban Missile Crisis and the Vietnam War having served his country honorably in the United States Navy for some 28 years before retiring.
He professed faith in Christ and attended the Marcus Point Baptist Church in Pensacola, Florida and Earlys Chapel United Methodist Church in Campbellsville.
He united in marriage to Donna Raye Blevins July 9, 1966. She preceded him in death March 5, 2006.
He united in marriage to Patricia Short Phillips May 27, 2009.
Besides his wife, Patricia Phillips Rogers, he is survived by a daughter-in-law, Jill Rogers Baxley of North Augusta, South Carolina; two step-children: Eric Phillips and wife, Lorie of Campbellsville and Amy Medley and husband, Jeff of Louisville; two grandchildren: Noah Thomas Rogers and Katey Ellis Rogers of South Carolina; seven step-grandchildren; two brothers and one sister: Paul D.
