Montie Ray Benningfield of Campbellsville, son of the late Malvin Benningfield and Willard Drury Benningfield, was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, October 28, 1939. He died at 5:37 P.M., Wednesday, March 16, 2011 in Campbellsville. Age: 71
He was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.
He had professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Pittman Valley Baptist Church.
He united in marriage to Lillie Mae Sluder February 14, 1959.
Besides his wife, Lillie Benningfield, he is survived by two sons and one daughter: Anita Wilkerson and husband, Daryl of Horse Cave, Lynn Benningfield and wife, Teresa of Campbellsville and Gary Benningfield and wife, Glenda of Louisville; four grandchildren: Paula Webb and husband, Chris, Chrystal Graham and husband, Bobby, Lindsay Wilkerson and Candi Craig and husband, Andy; eleven great-grandchildren: Erica Harper, Emily Webb, Edy Webb, Brianna Wilkerson, Natalie Vincent, Hayden Wilkerson, Zoe Graham, Evan Graham, Kaylee Counsil, Zoe Counsil and Jeffrey Counsil; two brothers and two sisters: Donald Benningfield, Lyndon Benningfield and wife, Naomi and Doris Jean Newton of Campbellsville and Janice Thompson of Elk Horn; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by one son and one daughter: Jerry Dale Benningfield in infancy July 8, 1968 and Patricia Gail Benningfield in infancy June 1, 1963 and one brother and one sister: Berlin Benningfield and Shirley Ann Thompson.

James “J.B.” Day of Campbellsville, son of Roxie Stillwell Day Whitlow and the late Jimmy Day, was born in Jefferson County, Kentucky, June 8, 1948. He died at 3:40 A.M., Wednesday, March 16, 2011 in Louisville. Age: 62
He was a former employee of Cox Interior Supply in Campbellsville.
He had professed faith in Christ and attended Campbellsville Baptist Temple.
He united in marriage to Vickie Akin December 14, 1985.
Besides his wife, Vickie Akin Day, he is survived by a son and daughter-in-law,
Tim and Beverley Day of Greensburg; three step-children: Adam Fair and wife, April of Richmond, Brittany Claywell and husband, Brandon of Campbellsville and Tiffany Burris and husband, Jeromy of Somerset; nine grandchildren: Blake Day, Devin Day, Macy Thompson, Brady Fair, Tucker Fair, Zoe Fair, Braysen Claywell, Briggs Claywell and Kayden Burris; his mother, Roxie Whitlow of Mt. Sherman; one sister, Glenda Goodman of Mt. Sherman; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by a grandson, Jacob Austin Thompson November 16, 1995.

Marian Grace Walker Woosley of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Dennis Walker and Kathleen Young Walker, was born in Fordsville, Kentucky, June 18, 1920. She died at 8:20 A.M., Tuesday, March 15, 2011 in Campbellsville. Age: 90
She had professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Campbellsville Baptist Church.
She united in marriage to Edwin Spencer Woosley, who preceded her in death in 1981.
She is survived by two sons: Joseph Edwin Woosley and wife, Cynthia Lynn of Campbellsville and George Walker Woosley and wife, Cindy Miracle of Loganville, Georgia; four grandchildren: Wendy Herper and husband, Devin of Evansvillle, Indiana, Amanda Reeves and husband, Mike of Union, Kentucky, Nicholas Woosley of Loganville, Georgia and Jon-Michael Cain of Lexington; five great-grandchildren: Wyatt, Alison and Landon Herper of Evansville, Indiana and Madeline and Owen Reeves of Union; one brother, Charles H. He served his country honorably in the United States Navy.
