Jerry Wise of Campbellsville, son of Dixie Yates Wise and the late Charles Junior Wise, was born March 20, 1950 in Marion County, Kentucky. He died at 11:19 A.M., Friday, October 2, 2009 in Elizabethtown. Age: 59
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Muldraugh Hill Baptist Church.
He had been employed by Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville and by the City of Campbellsville.
He is survived by his mother, Dixie Wise of Campbellsville; two nieces and one nephew: Tammy Hunt and husband, Jeff, Brittany Cox, and Scott Forbis of Campbellsville; four great-nieces and nephews: Christian Forbis, Kaylin Forbis, Taylor Hunt, and Braylie Rucker of Campbellsville; two aunts: Jeanette Rafferty of Jamestown and Catherine England of Louisville and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by a sister, Linda Kaye Cox December 16, 2000 and a great-nephew, Blake Whitlow September 16, 2001.

Belvina G. Kerr, 89, of Joe Kerr Road, Campbellsville died Friday, October 2, 2009 at her residence after an illness.
She was the daughter of the late Fielden Lively and Amanda Whitlow Graham. She was preceded in death by her husband James E. Kerr on January 9, 2000. Also preceding her in death were her brothers and sisters, Paul Graham, Harold Graham, Jake Graham, Letha Burton, Ann Martin and Theresa England.
She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Lynna Gupton, of Campbellsville, Judith and Alton Bright of Elkhorn, Lucille and James Welford of Lucedale, Mississippi, ten grandchildren, Deidre Bright, Alton Bright II, James M. Bright, Jonathan Bright all of Elkhorn, Onida Parrent, Jackson, Mississippi, Marlin Jo Lollis, Milton, Florida, Marvin Welford and Martha Davis of Lucedale, Mississippi, Marilyn Rayna Landis and April Ray Biegel of Campbellsville, twenty five great grandchildren, one step great grandchild, five great great grandchildren and two step great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Monday, October 5, 2009 at the Lyon DeWitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Good Hope Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery.

Doris E. Gaines of Campbellsville, daughter of the late George Milton Sapp and Tommie Phillips Sapp, was born in March 23, 1928, in Jeffersonville, Indiana. She died at 3:00 A.M., Thursday, October 1, 2009, in Campbellsville. Age: 81
She professed faith in Christ at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church.
She was a former employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.
She united in marriage to John W. Gaines March 1, 1947.
Besides her husband, John W. Gaines, of Campbellsville, she is survived by one son and three daughters: Mildred Beard and husband, Joe, John D. Gaines and wife, Carolyn, Phyllis White and husband, Ronnie and Madonna Beard and husband, David of Campbellsville; nine grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; one brother and sister-in-law, Bradley and Fannie Belle Sapp of Tennessee; two brothers-in-law, Sam Harden and James Allen Gaines and wife, Mary Belle of Campbellsville; sister-in-law, Mary Gaines of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by one great-granddaughter, Kaitlyn Gaines, two brothers and three sisters: Elan B. Sapp, Floyd Sapp Helen Harden, Magdalene Wise and Geneva Rueff.

Pauline McCubbin of Louisville, formerly of Campbellsville, daughter of the late George W. Burress and Mary Rollins Burress, was born November 29, 1921, in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 12:15A.M., Wednesday, September 30, 2009 in Louisville. Age: 87
She professed faith in Christ at a young age and was a long time member of Campbellsville Baptist Church.
She united in marriage to Carl McCubbin June 5, 1943. He preceded her in death January 31, 1989.
During their marriage, they were owners and operators of Marcumrsquo;s Dime Store for over forty years.
She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Carl Brent and Linda Katheryn McCubbin of Louisville; three grandchildren: William J. Newton and wife, Deanna of Bardstown, Erica Brent McCubbin and Jessica Brooke McCubbin of Louisville; eight great-grandchildren; one sister, Mary Margaret Tucker of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers and one sister: James Emmett Burress, John R. Burress and Georgia Lee Pierce.

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Campbellsville Baptist Church.
She had been employed as a sales clerk in retail sales.
She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Matt and Tarren Money of Tampa, Florida; four grandchildren: Hannah, Aaron, Matthew and Jacob of Florida; father and step-mother, Rev. Earl and Wanda Pike of Springfield; two brothers: Bill Pike of Bardstown and Gary Pike of Hardyville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Mary Gladys Milby of Shepherdsville, formerly of Campbellsville, daughter of the late William Nelson and Edna Stearman Nelson was born May 23, 1916 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 10:33 A.M., Saturday, September 26, 2009 in Louisville. Age: 93
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
She was a former employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.
She united in marriage to Dwight Milby April 4, 1942. He preceded her in death February 21, 1985.
She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Josephine and Franklin Cox of Shepherdsville; one granddaughter and her husband, Darlene and David Wright of Louisville; two great-grandchildren: Dana Suzanne Wright and Derek Cory Wright of Louisville; four sisters and two brothers: Florence Curry, Thelma Barnes, Betty Sharp and Rachel Durham, David Lee Nelson and Allen Nelson of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Edna Laverne Milby February 21, 1988 and two sisters and one brother: Pearl Sullivan December 13, 1992, Ruth Nelson in 1930, and Buckner Nelson December 18, 1999.

James Luther Willis of Campbellsville, son of the late Coy Willis and Bertha Campbell Willis was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, September 8, 1928. He died at 4:00 A.M., Saturday, September 26, 2009, in Campbellsville. Age: 81
He had professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
He was a retired farmer and retired from the Tennessee Gas Transmissions. He united in marriage to Arlene Rogers January 11, 1946. She preceded him in death August 9, 2008.
He was also preceded in death by two sons: Jim R. Willis April 10, 1998 and Bobby Willis January 5, 2003.
He is survived by two daughters-in-law: Wanda Willis and Loretta Willis of Campbellsville; three grandchildren: Becky Willis of Tennessee, Rob Willis of Atlanta, and James Rogers Willis Jr. and wife, Jenny of Campbellsville; four great-grandchildren; one sister and one brother: Shirley Noel of Elkhorn and Ray (Doc) Willis of Louisiana; several other relatives and friends.

Robert K. Reff of Campbellsville, son of the late Charles Reff and May Moineau Reff, was born January 1, 1933 in Clayton, New York. He died at 2:10 A.M., Thursday, September 24, 2009 in Campbellsville. Age: 76
He was a member of the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.
He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict having served his country honorably in the United States Air Force.
He was a retired senior engineer of Ingersoll Rand Company in Campbellsville.
He united in marriage to Patricia ldquo;Patrdquo; Digman May 14, 1960.
Besides his wife, Pat Reff of Campbellsville, he is survived by three sons and their spouses: Kenn and Lisa Reff of Chandler, Indiana, Kevin and Teresa Reff of Springfield, Tennessee and Michael Reff and Lisa Anne Gaston of Atlanta, Georgia; four grandsons: Noah Reff and Evan Reff of Chandler, Indiana and Isaac Reff and Aaron Reff of Springfield, Tennessee; two step-granddaughters: Allison Gaston- Enholm and Hayley Harper Gaston-Enholm of Atlanta, Georgia; one brother and three sisters: Charles Reff and Grace Alheim of Watertown, New York, Virginia Comins of Syracuse, New York andSister Faith Reff of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Melinda Cox Bandy.
She is survived by her husband Robbie Leo Sallee, and three children Dylan Thomas Sallee, Bethany Lynn Sallee, and Melinda Gayle Sallee, her father, Kenneth Helm Bandy, two brothers Jody and Jeremy Bandy, and one sister Christie Bandy all of Campbellsville.
