Mary Lina Gilmore of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Thomas Graham and Kate Rice Graham, was born April 28, 1914, in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 6:07 P.M., Tuesday, July 1, 2008 in Lebanon. Age: 94 She had been employed as a nursersquo;s aid at Metzmeier Nursing Home. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She united in marriage to Ralph Lee Gilmore June 25, 1952. He preceded her in death October 23, 1981. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law: Lillian and Roger Purdom of Lebanon; three grandchildren: Monica Hill and husband T.J. and Joshua Purdom and wife, Katie of Lebanon and Myra Purdom of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. Danny Brown of Campbellsville, son of the late Jolie Brown and Ethel Stanton Brown, was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, April 12, 1949. He died at 7:44 A.M., Monday, June 30, 2008, in Lebanon. Age: 59 He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Spurlington United Methodist Church. He was a former employee of Fruit of the Loom. He united in marriage to Carolyn Ann Sexton February 2, 1974. She preceded him in death May 25, 2005. Seba Shreve Shaw Van Dyke, age 91, of Cary, North Carolina, formerly of Taylor County, died recently in North Carolina. She was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Margaret Ada Brown Shreve. She was also preceded in death by her spouse, Odell Van Dyke who was killed in action in World War II on August, 1944. Also preceding her in death were her sisters, Bessie Tucker (February 1, 1997), Mary Sapp ( April 24, 2001), Ora Montgomery (February 27, 1976, Beulah Land (November 5, 1966 ) and brother Manuel Shreve, (March 19, 1930). She is survived by one daughter, Linda Lee Shaw of Morrisville, North Carolina, one sister, Lottie Pauline Tucker formerly of Campbellsville but now residing in Cincinnati, Ohio. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews and a host of other family members and friends.
