He died at 3:05 A.M., Wednesday, January 30, 2008, in Campbellsville. size=2Age: 96 size=2He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Caldwell Ridge Separate Baptist Church. size=2He was a retired farmer. size=2He was a veteran of World War II having served his country honorably in the United States Army and achieving the rank of Sergeant. He was awarded the Asiatic Pacific Theater Ribbon with two bronze stars. size=2He united in marriage to Eunice Bright in 1949. Grace Fulks, age 85, of Spring Meadow Circle, Campbellsville, died Friday at the Medco Nursing Center in Campbellsville after a long illness. She was the daughter of the late Tom Frank Gribbin and Addie Gribbin of Taylor County. She was a member of the Tallowcreek United Methodist Church and a retired housewife. She was preceded in death by her husband James Fulks and one brother Thomas Gribbin. Mrs. Fulks is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, two daughter and son-in-law, Frankie and Sheri Fulks, John Fulks, Emma Melissa and James Lawson, and Daisy DeWeese all of Campbellsville. One son-in-law. Ricky DeWeese of Campbellsville, one daughter-in-law, Lisa Fulks and one sister-in-law, Janice Gribbin of Campbellsville. Six grandchildren, Jennifer Williams, Shannon Lawson, Richard DeWeese, Jonathon, Matthew and Travis Fulks all of Campbellsville and seven great-grandchildren, Gracen and Thomas Christian Williams, Gabrielle and Kellan Mitchell, Richard Bailey DeWeese, Amber Rogers and Caitlin Woody. Funeral services for Mrs. Grace Fulks will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, January 28, 2008, at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Merrimac Cemetery. Brother Paul Dicken and Bryan Harlan officiated.

size=5Darren Ray Druin, age 40 of South Columbia Ave., Campbellsville, formerly of Shepherdsville, KY., died Tuesday, January 22, 2007 at the Taylor Regional Hospital. size=5 He is survived by his wife, Debbie Druin of Campbellsville, one son Johnathon Druin of Shepherdsville, five step-children: Robby, Taz, Khandin, Karissa, and Amythyst McColley all of Campbellsville, and one step-grandson Zavian McColley of Campbellsville. His parents Loretta and Kenneth Druin, one sister and brother-in-law Denise and Keith Arnold all of Shepherdsville, KY., and his step grand-father Gerald Mullins of Campbellsville, along with many other relatives and friends.
