Mr. David Hovious, age 66, of Davis Road, Campbellsville, died Thursday, January 25, 2007, at the Taylor County Hospital after an illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Vernon Burress Hovious and one brother Daniel Hovious.He is survived by his wife Rachael Hovious, two daughters and sons-in-laws and one son, Cynthia and Tim Hudgins, Ashley and Jason Cox, and Chris Hovious all of Campbellsville. Five grandchildren, Beth Herron, Chance and Taylor Ann Hudgins, Jordann Hovious and Connor Cox one great-grandchild, Kelsey Powell also survive along with six sisters, Pauline Hovious, Geraldine Tucker and Brenda Wilson all of Campbellsville, LaQuita Barnett of Lebanon, Dianne Pittman of Bradfordsville and Kathy Hovious of Greensburg.Funeral services for Mr. David Hovious will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. He died at 8:16 A.M., Monday, January 22, 2007 in Campbellsville. Age: 97He professed faith in Christ and was a member of St. Mark United Methodist Church. He was an accomplished carpenter. He was a member of the Elkhorn Masonic Lodge #568 F and A M. He united in marriage to Flossie Cave July 28, 1928. She preceded him in death January 26, 1988.
